A method of characterizing chemical and/or morphological features of a material, comprising acquiring energy relaxation data from 1H low field nuclear magnetic resonance (H LF-NMR) measurements of said material, converting the relaxation signals into a multidimensional distribution of longitudinal and transverse relaxation times by solving an inverse problem under both Land Lregularizations and further imposing a non-negativity constraint, and identifying one or more characteristics of said material with the aid of said multidimensional T1-T2 distribution. The method is useful, inter alia, in monitoring chemical processes, screening of additives and quality control.

Software for a gaming system receives a password over a network from a user of a remote player device for a gaming system for a gambling game. The software authenticates the user using the password. The software also receives an age from the user and determines that the user is of age to gamble on the gambling game, based on data stored in a database for the gaming system. Then software transmits a program to the remote player device. When executed, the program interactively presents the gambling game through a remote player interface and causes media associated with the gambling game to be presented on the remote player device.

System and method for connecting gaming devices to a network for remote play

A first remote player device records a state of the gambling game that is in progress. The gaming system interrupts the gambling game and transfers the state of the gambling game to a second remote player device. The gambling game resumes on the second remote player device.

When a player inserts the printed ticket into the device a ticket-in transport senses the insertion and the ticket reader reads the coded value from the inserted printed ticket. The ticket reader issues a cash-in signal to the gaming system corresponding to the value read from the coded value on the inserted printed ticket. After reading, the ticket is delivered into a ticket bin, which is secured by means of a lock internally in the housing.
