Providing haptic feedback includes a first electrode, a second electrode, an electroactive polymer located between the first electrode and the second electrode such that when a voltage is applied between the electrodes, the electroactive polymer expands creating a force, and a haptic object to apply the force to create the haptic feedback, wherein the haptic object includes a base to receive the force from the electroactive polymer, and a vertex, opposite to and with a smaller surface area than the base, to apply localized haptic feedback to a user.

Providing haptic feedback

A protective device includes: a cling film sized and shaped to protect a surface of an electronic device, the protected surface of the electronic device comprising contacts for charging a battery of the electronic device; and a conductive pathway through the cling film corresponding to the contacts on the electronic device for charging the battery of the electronic device.

Protective device for electronic device

A device includes a context engine and a notification engine. The context engine determines a context indicator relative to received input while the notification engine selects, based on the context indicator and the received input, at least one type of notification from different types of notifications. A wearable electronic arrangement selectively communicates, and senses for different types of single user response to, at least a portion of the received input via the selected type of notification. The context engine receives feedback regarding the sensible different types of single user response to at least partially determine the context indicator.

Context-based notification

An apparatus include a housing having a top opening, and a sidewall and a bottom surface defining a cavity. The apparatus includes a display assembly. The display assembly includes an electronic transmissive display layer within the cavity to display an image viewable from the top opening of the housing. The display assembly includes a light collector within the cavity and having an optical opening at the top opening of the housing to collect ambient light. The display assembly includes a light guide layer within the cavity to guide the collected ambient light towards and through the display layer. The apparatus includes a processing device within the cavity to generate data to display using the display layer.
