A diesel fuel supply circuit comprises a diesel engine (); a fuel cooler (); a fuel tank (), and a valve (). The valve () is operable to move the fuel cooler () from (1) a position within the circuit in which it cools fuel leaving the diesel engine () and going to the fuel tank () to (2) a position in which it cools fuel leaving the fuel tank () and going to the diesel engine () and vice versa.
