A drive axle of an electric vehicle has first and a second drive wheels (R, R) with wheel axles (a, a), a first electric machine (EM) and a second electric machine (EM) with a common rotation axis (m), a transmission (G) with a transmission input shaft (EW) and a transmission output shaft (AW), and an axle differential (DI) with a differential input (DIK) and two differential output shafts (). The first electric machine (EM) is connected to the transmission input shaft (EW) and the transmission output shaft (AW) is connected to the differential input (DIK). The second electric machine (EM) can be connected as an additional drive when necessary.

Drive axle of an electric vehicle and powershifting method

An auxiliary power take-off assembly in a motor vehicle transmission, which has a torque converter, a transmission input and a transmission output. The auxiliary power take-off assembly includes: an input shaft at the transmission input, and which is permanently connected to a drive motor of the motor vehicle by way of the pump shaft of the torque converter; a transmission output shaft at the transmission output; a transmission chain, which includes an input element and an output element and the output element of which can be connected to an auxiliary assembly to be driven; and a switching element, which is operatively arranged between the input shaft and the input element of the transmission chain, to selectively connect the input shaft to the output element. The output element is arranged on an output shaft, which is mounted in a bearing cap.

Auxiliary power take-off assembly

A drive axle for an electric vehicle which comprises first and second electric machines (EM, EM), first and second drive wheels (R, R) and first and second two-speed transmissions (G, G) each having the same gear ratios. The first electric machine (EM) drives the first drive wheel (R) by way of the first two-speed transmission (G) and the second electric machine (EM) drives the second drive wheel (R) by way of the second two-speed transmission (G). The first and the second two-speed transmissions (G, G) each comprise a first planetary gearset (PS) and a second planetary gearset (PS) coupled to one another. The first planetary gearset (PS) and the second planetary gearset (PS) each comprise a web shaft (ST, ST), a ring-gear shaft (HR, HR) and a sun-gear shaft (SO, SO).

Drive axle for an electric vehicle

Electric vehicle transmission

An auxiliary power take-off assembly in an automatic transmission of a motor vehicle provided with a torque converter, having a transmission input and transmission output having a drive shaft at the transmission input that is permanently connected to a drive motor of the motor vehicle via a pump shaft of the torque converter. A transmission output shaft at the transmission output, and a transmission chain includes at least one drive element and one output element. The output element can be connected to an additional unit to be driven. A switch element, which is arranged so as to act between the drive shaft and the drive element of the transmission chain for optionally connecting the drive shaft to the drive element. The drive element and the output element are designed as gearwheels which are engaged with one another without an intermediate wheel.

A drive arrangement for an element vehicle, having first and second drive wheels (R, R), a first electric machine (EM) and a second electric machine (EM) with a common rotational axis (m), a manual transmission (G) with a transmission input shaft (EW) and a transmission output shaft (AW) and an axle differential (DI) with a differential input (DIK) and two differential output shafts (). The first electric machine (EM) is connected to the transmission input shaft (EW) and the transmission output shaft (AW) is connected to the differential input (DIK), and the second electric machine (EM) can, if necessary, be engaged as an additional drive.

Drive arrangement for an electric vehicle and method for power shifting

A transmission having planetary gearsets (RSRSRSRSRS). Elements (STST) of gearsets (RSRS) form input and output shafts, respectively. Element (SO) of gearset (RS) couples element (HO) of gearset (RS) and can be immobilized by shift element (A). Element (ST) of gearset (RS) couples element (HO) of gearset (RS). Element (HO) of gearset (RS) can be immobilized by shift element (B). Elements (SOST) of gearsets (RSRS) can connect by shift element (C). Elements (HOSOSO) of gearsets (RSRSRS) couple and can couple element (SO) of gearset (RS) by shift element (E). An element of gearset (RS) is connected to an element of gearset (RS), while another element of gearset (RS) can be connected by shift element (D) to another element of gearset (RS). Elements (SOST) of gearsets (RSRS) are connected and can be immobilized by shift element (F).

Automatic transmission

A drive unit for an electric vehicle, having an electric machine and a three-speed shift transmission with first, second and third shift elements, and two planetary sets which are coupled with each other. The first planetary set has a first sun gear shaft, first ring gear shaft and a first carrier shaft. The second planetary set has a second sun gear shaft, a second ring gear shaft and second carrier shaft. The first carrier shaft is fixed to the second ring gear shaft. The first sun gear shaft can be driven by an electric machine. The first ring gear shaft is fixed and output takes place via the second carrier shaft. The first shift elements are actuated to engage a first gear, the second shift elements are actuated to engage the second gear and the third shift elements are actuated to engage the third gear.

Drive unit for an electric vehicle and drive axle with a drive unit

A transmission (G) for a motor vehicle. The transmission (G) comprises a transmission input (GW-A), a transmission output (GW-A), first, second, third and fourth planetary gearsets (P, P, P, P) and first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth shift elements (B, B, K, K, K, K). Ten forward gears and one reverse gear can be achieved between the transmission input (GW-A) and the transmission output (GW-A) by selectively operating the six shift elements (B, B, K, K, K, K). A drive train for a motor vehicle having such a transmission (G) is also disclosed.

Transmission for a motor vehicle

A transmission (G) for a motor vehicle which has a transmission input (GW-A), a transmission output (GW-A), five planetary gear sets (P, P, P, P, P) and six shifting elements (B, B, K, K, K, B). By selectively actuating the six shifting elements (B, B, K, K, K, B), ten forward gears and one reverse gear can be selected between the transmission input (GW-A) and the transmission output (GW-A). Further, the drive train is typically incorporated into a motor vehicle.

A transmission (G) for a motor vehicle. The transmission (G) has a drive shaft (GW), an output shaft (GW-A), first, second, third and fourth planetary gearsets (P, P, P, P) and first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth shift elements (B, K, K, B, K, K). Selective actuation of the six shift elements (B, K, K, B, K, K) implements eleven forward gears and two reverse gears between the drive shaft (GW) and the output shaft (GW-A). A drive train for a motor vehicle having such a transmission (G) is also disclosed.

A transmission having five planetary gearsets and seven shift elements for achieving various ratios between drive and output shafts. A forward gearset has three shafts. Two intermediate gearsets have four shafts. Two main gearsets have at least four shafts. Depending on the shift states of the second and third shift elements, the forward gearset can generate two rotational speeds at the output side, which transfer from a forward gearset shaft to an intermediate gearset shaft. Depending on the shift states of the first to fifth shift elements, the intermediate gearset can generate eight rotational speeds at the output side, which pass from another intermediate gearset shaft to a main gearset shaft. Depending on the shift states of the seven shift elements, the main gearset can generate up to fourteen forward and two reverse gears at the output side, which are transferred by another main gearset shaft to the output shaft.

Planetary automatic transmission

A transmission which has drive input and output shafts, a housing, two planetary gearsets (PR, PR), and at least three shifting elements which produce three gears or ratios. A ring gear of the gearset (PR) and the input shaft are connected for forming a first shaft, a carrier of gearset (PR) and the output shaft are connected for forming a second shaft, a ring gear of gearset (PR) forms a third shaft, sun gears of gearsets (PR, PR) are connected for forming a fourth shaft, and carrier of gearset (PR) couples the housing. The first shifting element is arranged in the force flow between the third shaft and the housing, the third shifting element is arranged in the force flow between the second and third shafts, and the second shifting element is arranged in the force flow either between the first and second shafts or the second and fourth shafts.

Transmission

A transmission having a drive input shaft (AN), a drive output shaft (AB), a housing (G), at least two planetary gearsets (PR, PR), and at least three shifting elements (A, B, C) whose selective engagement produces various transmission ratios between the drive input shaft (AN) and the drive output shaft (AB), so that at least three gears can be obtained. To obtain a gear in each case, two shifting elements are engaged and a further shifting element is disengaged.
