A connector suitable to be connected to a multi port extruded tube comprises a socket suitable for an end section of a multi port extruded tube to inserted into the socket along a linear insertion direction, whereby the socket contains an end section receiving space suitable to receive the end section of a multi port extruded tube, the end section receiving space bordering a first opening suitable for a multi port extruded tube to extend through it, whereby a cap arranged inside the socket such that the cap can slide from a forward position that is closer to the first opening to a backward position that is further away from the first opening, the cap having an outer circumferential surface whereby a sealing is provided inside the socket that contacts the outer circumferential surface of the cap in the forward position of the cap.

Connector suitable to be connected to a multi-port extruded tube

A coupling comprising a receiving part (), a securing part () and an insertion part () includes blocking elements (') whose engagement preventing the securing part () from moving from an extended position into a retracted position is released by the axial displacement of latching arms () of the securing part () under the effect of a retaining ring () upon the insertion of said insertion part (), such that when the insertion part () is properly arranged in a receiving space () of the receiving part (), the securing part () can be shifted into the retracted position in which said insertion part () is secured. What is achieved in this way is relatively simple modification of the assembly force through design measures, high wear resistance, and simple and operationally reliable manipulation of the inventive coupling with regard to the release of the connection between the receiving part and the insertion part, especially under confined spatial conditions.

Coupling

A coupling for a fluid conducting system comprises an elongated coupling part () and a locking part (), which can be displaced in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and which can be mounted on the coupling part () in a manner that enables it to slide. The guiding of the locking part () ensues via detent elements () that engage inside guide recesses () of the coupling part (). The locking part () can be fixed in a releasing position or in a locking position by the engagement of detent projections () inside releasing recesses () or inside locking recesses (). This enables a relatively problem-free operating of the coupling during opening and closing.

Coupling for a fluid conducting system

A device for sealingly linking two end pieces () of a fluid line system, comprises a casing part () and an inner part (). The inner part () is arranged in a prefabricated arrangement within the casing part () in an axially displaceable manner and serves to fixate a sealing unit () that is detachably linked with the inner part () until an end piece () is inserted into the casing part () via an introduction area () and comes into contact with the inner part (). When the end piece () is inserted, the inner part () is axially expelled from the casing part (), whereby the sealing unit () is inhibited in its axial movement by an abutment () and remains within the casing part (). The two end pieces can be sealingly linked while indicating the relative position of the end piece () coming into contact with the inner part () without requiring a separate handling of the sealing unit ().

Device for sealingly linking two end pieces

A locking element for a quick connector is provided with a matable element releasably connectable to a receiving element of the quick connector. An actuating element is in engagement with the matable element and is mounted within the matable element such that it is displaceable between a released position and a locked position. The actuating element includes a locking device that can be brought into engagement with a retaining ring on an insertable element of the quick connector in an arrangement wherein the locking device is mated with the receiving element in the locked position. Secure attachment of the locking element to the quick connector and ease of use are thereby achieved.

Locking part for a rapid coupling

The invention relates to a coupling comprising a receiving part () and a fixing part (), which have a blocking assembly (). If the insertion part has not been introduced into the receiving part () correctly, elements () of the blocking assembly that are configured on the receiving part () and on the fixing part () engage with one another in such a way that the fixing part () is prevented from being retracted from the extended position. Arms () of the fixing part () are configured in such a way that when a retaining ring of the insertion part is positioned in the vicinity of said arms (), the engagement of the elements () of the blocking assembly is released and the fixing part () can be displaced into the retracted position to engage behind the retaining ring by means of the retraction section. This permits an efficient mounting operation.

A separable rapid-action coupling serves for connecting fluid lines includes a tubular plug-in part with a circumferential holding rib, a coupling housing with a cylindrical receptacle cavity for the plug-in part and a separate holding element. The holding element has elastically expandable holding edges that are radially directed into the receptacle cavity. The holding edges engage behind the holding rib after insertion of the plug-in part. A safety clip with a second locking mechanism is situated in front of the plug-in opening of the housing in case the snap-in mechanism of the holding element fails. The safety clip includes a frame that fits on the end face of the coupling housing and two elastically expandable clips that engage corresponding projections on the coupling housing. The safety clip has snap-in fingers that can be inserted into the receptacle cavity. The front ends of the snap-in fingers are supported on the holding rib of the fully engaged plug-in part while snap-in tabs that protrude outward from the snap-in fingers are directed toward the rear simultaneously engage behind contact edges that inwardly protrude from the housing wall. This safety clip can be inexpensively manufactured from a plastic material and easily preassembled on the coupling housing for the intended purpose. In addition, a centrally arranged support ring and the corresponding arrangement of the snap-in fingers on the support ring and on the frame make it possible to design the safety clip in such a way that it is pulled into the receptacle cavity simultaneously with the insertion of the plug-in part and the snap-in tabs are automatically moved into their locking position.

Separable rapid-action coupling with safety lock

The invention relates to a detachable rapid-action coupling device designed to receive a tubular plug-in element (,) having a circular retaining rib (,). Said device comprises a receiving housing (,) having a cylindrical receiving space (,) for introducing the plug-in element (,) and a separate retaining element (,) made of hard-elastic plastic material and having elastically expandable retaining edges (,) facing inwards in the shape of an arc of a circle, which edges serve to engage the retaining rib (,) from behind after the plug-in element (,) has been introduced. The retaining element (,) can be pushed in from the outside in an opening (,) of the housing wall (,) to release the plug-in element (,). The receiving space (,) consists of three stepped sections. The housing (,) is embodied as a two-part structure. In order to move the opening (,) for pushing in and releasing the retaining element (,) into a better position, if necessary, when only limited space is available. The head part (,) can be connected to the base body (,) in an axial direction and has a centering bush (,) at the plug-in side.
