An ocular implantation device comprises a housing having a longitudinal axis, a needle configured to receive an implant, and a plunger and a rod operatively coupled together. The plunger and the rod are disposed in the housing and are collectively, translationally moveable along the longitudinal axis of the housing. The rod is configured to be receivable within at least a portion of the needle to enable the rod to move the implant therethrough. An actuator is operatively engaged with the plunger such that movement of the actuator in a direction aligned with the longitudinal axis of the housing results in the translational movement of the plunger and the rod along the longitudinal axis of the housing in order to deliver the implant through the needle to a target site. An alternative embodiment of an ocular implantation device uses a retractable needle to deliver an implant.

Ocular implantation device

A primary and branch graft deployment delivery system () comprises a primary graft () having a branch port opening or member (), a retractable primary sheath containing the primary graft, an outer tube () within the retractable primary sheath and within the primary graft, an inner tube () within the outer tube, a cap (or) coupled to the inner tube and configured to retain at least a portion of a proximal area () of the primary graft in a radially compressed configuration. The system further comprises a branch graft () advanceable through the branch graft port member and further comprising a snap connector member () associated with the branch graft, the snap connector member being configured to frictionally engage the port member, the engagement of the snap connector to the port member forms a connection between the proximal end of the branch graft and the primary graft.

Branch vessel graft method and delivery system

A controlled stent-graft deployment delivery system (or) includes a stent-graft (or), a retractable primary sheath () containing the stent-graft in a first constrained diameter configuration, an outer tube () within the retractable primary sheath and within the stent-graft, and an inner tube () within the outer tube, where the inner tube and the outer tube both axially move relative to the retractable primary sheath and to each other. The system further includes a cap () coupled to a distal end of the inner tube and configured to retain at least a portion of a proximal area of the stent-graft in a radially compressed configuration. A distal assembly () provides controlled relative axial movement between the outer tube and the inner tube enabling the release of the proximal end (, and) of the stent-graft from the cap and from the radially compressed configuration.
