A motor for a vehicle includes a motor housing, a motor shaft, a hub, and a wheel speed sensor assembly. The motor shaft is disposed at least partially within the motor housing. The hub is configured to be coupled to the motor shaft and to be coupled to a wheel of the vehicle. The wheel speed sensor assembly includes a first end that is coupled to the motor housing and a second end that is rotatably coupled to the hub. The wheel speed sensor assembly is configured to generate a wheel speed signal that facilitates determination of a speed and direction of rotation of the wheel.

A carrier for a motor subassembly of a hydraulic motor is provided that enables multiple components of the motor subassembly to be temporarily bundled into a compact and easy-to-transport motor subassembly kit. The carrier is a non-hydraulically-functioning member that is configured to have one or more features that mimic a corresponding one or more features of a hydraulically-functioning motor housing to which motor subassembly is intended to be coupled for forming the hydraulic motor. The carrier may have a body with a recessed portion that is configured to receive and/or enclose one or more components of the motor subassembly, and which may cooperate with the one or more motor subassembly components to temporarily secure and bundle the motor subassembly as a compact kit, thereby facilitating transportation and handling of the subassembly components.

A vehicle includes a pump having a swash plate tiltable about a swashplate tilt axis, wherein rotation of the swashplate changes the title angle and effects a change in volumetric displacement of the pump. A controller is operatively coupled to the swashplate to effect rotation of the swashplate, the controller including a processor and memory, and logic stored in the memory and executable by the processor, the logic configured to automatically control at least one vehicle characteristic independent of a user input command.

A center section/motor sub-assembly for use in a hydrostatic transmission includes a center section having a pump running face for interfacing with a pump, and a motor running face for interfacing with a motor. The center section and the motor are configured for the hydraulic separating forces of the motor to be reacted only into the center section. The center section has two internal passages between pump kidney ports and motor kidney port, and the motor kidney ports are raised in elevation relative to the pump kidney ports. The internal passages run parallel to each other as they rise in elevation. A hydrostatic transmission includes the sub-assembly enclosed by a housing, in combination with a pump and output shaft assembly. For installation, the output shaft assembly is configured as a separate component from the sub-assembly of the center section and the motor.

Modular hydrostatic transmission

Provided is a hydrostatic transmission including a pump/motor module having a reservoir housing and a hydraulic pump and motor disposed in the reservoir housing, and a speed reduction module having a speed reduction housing coupled to the reservoir housing and a speed reduction assembly disposed in the speed reduction housing. The speed reduction assembly includes an input member driven by the output shaft of the hydraulic motor, an output member rotationally connected to the input member by one or more belts/chains, and an axle shaft driven by rotation of the output member. By providing the speed reduction assembly in a separate housing from the hydraulic fluid in the reservoir housing, the speed reduction assembly is isolated from the hydraulic fluid thereby preventing particulates from the speed reduction assembly from entering the hydraulic fluid in the reservoir housing.

Residential transmission

A hydraulic apparatus is provided with a return to neutral mechanism for returning a trunnion control bracket arm to a neutral position. The return to neutral mechanism comprises a pair of springs, one spring connecting a fixed bracket to a first rotatable bracket and the other spring connecting the fixed bracket to a second rotatable bracket. The mechanism uses springs with different spring constants and the springs are attached to the brackets in a single plane.

Hydraulic apparatus return to neutral mechanism

A hydrostatic transmission includes a hydraulic pump, a top housing that houses the hydraulic pump, and a hydraulic motor. An endblock sub-assembly has a pump running face for interfacing with the hydraulic pump, and a motor connection portion for interfacing with a hydraulic motor. The enblock sub-assembly forms a porting manifold for communicating hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic pump to the hydraulic motor. The hydraulic motor includes an internal rotor set, and the hydraulic motor is secured to the endblock sub-assembly in a manner that permits rotation of the rotor set. The top housing is fixed to the endblock sub-assembly such that the housing and endblock sub-assembly form a reservoir for the hydraulic fluid. The motor connection portion of the endblock sub-assembly supports the hydraulic motor externally to the top housing. The hydrostatic transmission is suitable for incorporation into various light vehicle categories, including zero-turn radius vehicles.

A pump having an endplate with an orifice provided between the system ports and the charge pump pressure cavity. Fluid flows through the orifice so as to soften a transition of the vehicle from a stationary position to a forward or reverse motion when a swash plate of the pump is angled slightly relative to a neutral or zero position.

The personal dental care unit provides a single device for the storage and containment of most articles used in personal dental care in the household, e.g., toothpaste, toothbrushes, and dental floss. The device attaches to a wall at a convenient location near a bathroom sink or the like, and includes a mechanism for affixing a tube of toothpaste therein and dispensing the toothpaste efficiently. Opposed rollers grip the tube and squeeze toothpaste from the tube as they are advanced by a roller advance screw along the tube. The tube is supported by a support bracket which is adjustable for different sizes of tubes. The tube and mechanism are enclosed in a cover, with the cover including a rack for holding toothbrushes and a receptacle for holding a small packet of dental floss. The cover may be provided with any form of complementary or contrasting decor or pattern, as desired.
