Embodiments described herein relate generally to providing information through tactility. A computer system may receive an input from a user. The computer system may identify one or more locations associated with haptic elements disposed on a wearable haptic apparatus. The computer system may generate a message that includes an indication of the one or more locations. The computer system may transmit this message to the wearable haptic apparatus. The wearable haptic apparatus may actuate one or more haptic elements disposed thereon based on the indication of the one or more locations included in the message. Apparatus and methods for haptic covert communication

A system for implementing an unstructured user interface comprises a monitor module to monitor, at a compute device, input received at an electronic palette, the input producing a plurality of data elements; a data tagging module to tag each of the plurality of data elements with a corresponding timestamp; a data structure construction module to use the timestamps of the plurality of data elements to organize the plurality of data elements into a data structure; and a user interface module to present a user interface to a user of the compute device, the user interface based on the data structure.

In embodiments, a mobile cloud proxy device may include a cloud proxy server to provide the cloud proxy service to the mobile client devices while the mobile client devices are within a mobile cloud proxy service area serviced by the cloud proxy server. The cloud proxy server may include a device and service area management module to manage the mobile cloud proxy service area and the one or more mobile client devices, and a policy and service management module to manage and provide the mobile cloud proxy service in accordance with one or more cloud proxy service policies. Technologies for communicating roadway information includes a plurality of roadway markers configured to propagate communications amongst each other. To do so, each roadway marker is configured to transmit communications to one or more other roadway markers. The communications may include sensor data generated by a sensor of a roadway marker. One or more roadway markers may transmit the sensor data to a roadway controller. Additionally or alternatively, the communication may include an alert message. A roadway marker may include a local alert device and be configured to activate the alert device in response to receiving an alert message. Additionally, one or more roadway markers may communicate with a roadway controller, a roadway traffic device, and/or an in-vehicle computing system of a vehicle to propagate roadway marker sensor data and/or alert messages. The roadway controller may be configured to control the roadway traffic devices, roadway makers, and/or communicate with remote computing devices.

Technologies for communicating roadway information

Technologies for controlling vision correction of a wearable computing device includes controlling an opacity of an adjustable lens of the wearable computing device to generate a viewing port through the adjustable lens such that a region defined by the viewing port has an opacity less than a remaining region of the adjustable lens. For example, the opacity of the adjustable lens may be increased except for the region defined by the viewing port. In use, the wearable computing device may adjust the location, size, and/or shape of the viewing port based on a predefined prescription, the direction of the user's gaze, the user's viewing context, and/or other criteria. Additionally or alternatively, an image may be displayed on an external display surface of the adjustable lens. The wearable computing device may include multiple adjustable lens, each of which may be controlled in a similar manner.
