A luminaire system has a support rail comprising an elongated support profile and a current conducting profile arranged therein, as well as a component (electrical or electronic) with a coupling element for electrically and mechanically coupling the component to the support rail via an opening in the support profile. The luminaire system has a component with a coupling member that electrically couples and mechanically couples various components, said coupling member also having a blocking element.

The invention relates to a method for forming a luminaire (), which has a trough-shaped luminaire housing () having a region () for accommodating illuminants, which is surrounded by a seal (), a cover () which spans the region () and abuts the seal () in a peripherally closed manner, a frame-like holding element (), which presses the cover () into abutment with the seal (). For the luminaire housing (), the cover () and the holding element (), are each available in at least two different variants, which can be combined in any way, wherein in order to form the luminaire () according to desired output properties and/or properties with regard to heat dissipation or moisture resistance, a suitable luminaire housing (), a cover () and a holding element () are in each case selected and the selected components are assembled to form the luminaire ().

A trough-shaped lamp housing () which is integrally produced in a deep-drawing process and has a housing bottom () and a housing wall () which laterally surrounds the housing bottom () and which, together with the housing bottom (), delimits a lamp chamber, wherein the housing bottom () has a planar region () for receiving at least one lamp component () in a planar manner, wherein the planar region () is circumferentially surrounded by a raised and/or recessed annular structure () which is integrally formed in a deep-drawing process, and wherein the housing wall () discontinues at the circumferential edge thereof that faces away from the housing bottom () in a circumferentially closed edge portion (), which lies in a plane.

A luminaire for generating direct lighting and indirect lighting including an LED light source for generating light and a light guide plate having a first main surface and a second main surface, which is connected to the first main surface marginally via a narrow side face, wherein the LED light source is arranged in such a way that the light is radiated into the light guide plate via the narrow side face and subsequently one part of the light is emitted for generating the direct lighting via the first large main surface. Furthermore, a reflector is provided, which is arranged adjacent to the second main surface, wherein the reflector has at least one light-transmissive region configured in such a way that a further part of the light is emitted for generating the indirect lighting via the second main surface through the light-transmissive region.

A flat reflector element for planar arrangement on an LED circuit board has light-passage openings that correspond to the positions of the LEDs, wherein projecting contact protection elements are provided at the periphery of each of said light-passage openings.

A frame-like cover element for a luminaire including a box-shaped luminaire housing, which has a light exit opening on one side, is designed to be arranged on the housing in the region of the light exit opening thereof and in the process to enclose, in frame-like fashion, a light output region of the luminaire, wherein the cover element is connected integrally to at least one optical element, which extend into the inner region of the luminaire housing and is intended to influence the light output by the luminaire.

A light fitting has an LED light source for generating light, and a light-guiding panel, the LED light source being arranged in such a way that the light is coupled into the light-guiding panel.
