A portable vehicle sensor calibration apparatus having an anchor mechanism such that the apparatus may be mounted upon a surface. The anchor mechanism may comprise a suction cup mechanism. The vehicle sensor calibration apparatus may comprise a second anchor mechanism. The vehicle sensor calibration apparatus may be operable to mount onto a body of a support vehicle other than the vehicle having sensors requiring calibration.

An injector sleeve removal device including a tapered portion and a ridge. The a tapered portion having a first diameter and a second diameter. The first diameter is relatively smaller than an opening of an injector sleeve and the second diameter is relatively greater than the opening. The ridge is disposed helically about the tapered portion. The ridge is configured to cut into an inner surface of the injector sleeve and draw the tapered portion into the injector sleeve in response to rotation of the sleeve removal device.

Injector sleeve removal device and method of use

A clip installing tool and method for installing the clip are provided. The clip includes a clip holding portion and a leveraging portion, each having a handle at an end. The clip holding portion includes a receiving portion to hold the clip therein. When a force is applied to the clip holding and leveraging portions, the clip is forced around a connector portion of a fuel in order to hold the connector portion with a fuel injector.

A remote sensing angle gauge includes a sensor responding to physical stimulus and transmitting a resulting impulse for measuring an angle, and a user interface separate and remote from said sensor and in communication with said sensor unit. The user interface receives a signal from the resulting impulse of said sensor unit, and determines the angle measurement according to the received signal from said sensor unit and inputted data from said interface unit. The inputted data by a user includes an offset and orientation of the sensor. The gauge can be zeroed before initiating the measurement. The sensor can be connected to the user interface through a detachable electrical connection. The sensor can include an adaptor accommodating a detachable and adjustable connection to an area being measured. The results of the measurement on the user interface can be remotely monitored, while measuring the angle with the sensor.

An alignment tool for vehicular adaptive cruise control detection devices attaches with precision and repeatability to an adaptive cruise control sensor subassembly. Integral to this alignment tool is a low energy visible light laser that can be adjusted to point along the signal axis of the ACC sensor subassembly with stable and calibratable precision. The point at which a visible laser light beam strikes a reference surface can reveal the alignment of the ACC sensor subassembly with respect to the vehicle.

A liner remover and installer assembly for a cylinder that includes a base having an opening to receive a rod with a tool at an end, an adjustment member and a support member. The support member can have an alignment feature adapted to mate with a dowel pin on an engine block. The tool can be a liner installer or remover. The liner remover can have a shoe with a lip. The support member and the lip can be made from a material that will not score the engine such as aluminum.

An apparatus and method supplies lubricating fluid to an oil lubricating fluid receiving port of a mechanical device. A tank is adapted to hold the lubricating fluid, and a manually operated pump is mounted to the tank. A hose extends from the pump, so that the pump when operated pumps lubricating fluid from the tank into the hose. A shut-off valve is located at an end of the hose, and is manually moveable between an open position and a closed position. An adapter is attached to the shut-off valve and also attaches to the lubricating fluid receiving port, so that operation of the pump when the shut-off valve is in the open position forces lubricating fluid through the tube and through the adapter and into the lubricating fluid receiving port.
