Implementations of a method of detecting a plurality of radio pulses may include, using at least one signal processor: pre-processing a wideband intermediate frequency signal to form a channelized segment from a software defined radio; performing coherent single-pulse correlation using a spectrogram of the channelized segment; and performing multi-pulse combining with the spectrogram, and determining whether a pulse train including a plurality of radio pulses from a desired pulsed radio signal may be present in the spectrogram.

Systems and methods for radio tag detection

Implementations of a method of detecting a plurality of radio pulses may include, using a signal processor, combining at least three pulses included in radio data collected over a first time interval by a directional antenna coupled with a software defined radio coupled with a unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), the UAV coupled with a base station including the signal processor; determining a detected time for each of the at least three pulses in the first time interval; using the detected time for each of the at least three pulses, predicting a future time for each of at least three future pulses; and, using the software defined radio and directional antenna, listening for each of the at least three future pulses in radio data over a second time interval.

Implementations of data logger systems may include: a data logger coupled with an energy storage device. The data logger may be configured to couple to a living subject and record data related to one of the living subject's activities and a vital parameter of the living subject. The data logger system may also include an energy harvester electrically coupled with the energy storage device, where the energy harvester is configured to harvest energy from one of an external environment, the living subject, and both the external environment and the subject. The data logger may be configured to communicate with a remote communication system.

Data logger system and related methods

A blank of material to be folded into a product display container is disclosed. The blank is substantially rectangular in shape and has a first edge, a second edge opposite of the first edge, a third edge disposed adjacent to the first edge and the second edge and a fourth edge disposed opposite the third edge. The blank comprises a tab disposed adjacent to the fourth edge; a plurality of perpendicular folds, wherein each perpendicular fold extends across the width of the blank and is disposed substantially perpendicular to the first edge and the second edge; and a plurality of angular folds, wherein each angular fold extends across the width of the blank and is disposed at a non-perpendicular angle with respect to the first edge and the second edge. The blank is utilized to make a tornado shaped product display.

Implementations of energy harvester systems may include: an accumulator having an air bladder separated from water by a membrane; one or more hydro turbines coupled with the accumulator; two or more check valves each coupled with one of the one or more hydro turbines; a system battery coupled to the power conditioner; and an electronic load coupled to the system batter through the power conditioner; wherein the two or more check valves are configured to be in contact with water.

Energy harvester for wildlife monitor

Implementations of UAV wildlife monitoring system may include a ground control station wirelessly coupled to a UAV which may include a flight controller, a first radio, a second radio, a first antenna, a second antenna, a very high frequency (VHF) radio receiver, and a computer, all operatively coupled together. The monitoring system may also include a VHF tag configured to be coupled to an animal, wherein when the VHF tag is coupled to the animal, the VHF radio receiver receives a VHF radio signal from the VHF tag using the first antenna, wherein the computer process the VHF radio signal to create the location data from the VHF radio signal, processes the location data, and sends the location data to the second radio, wherein the second radio transmits the location data into a telecommunications channel, and wherein the ground control station receives the location data from the telecommunications channel.

UAV wildlife monitoring system and related methods

A vehicle lifting pad system comprises a pad. The pad has a large base plate, a small intermediate plate and a plurality of fingers. The base plate has sides. Two parallel close sides and two parallel distant sides. The intermediate plate has top and bottom faces. A first pair of parallel fingers is closely spaced and a second pair of parallel fingers is widely spaced. Each finger has an enlarged retention head facing exteriorly away from the other fingers. Each finger has a surface between its retention head and the intermediate plate for being received by an aperture of a vehicle with the retention head above the aperture.
