A production method for an elongated semi-finished product. A continuously fed wire is rolled by a rotating roller. Along its circumference, the roller has a first segment with a roller profile that rolls a profile into first sections of the wire, and also has a second segment without a roller profile that is rotated contact-free relative to the wire. During the rolling of the profile, the speed of the roller is adjusted in such a way that the speed of the roller profile is the same as the speed of the wire. During the contact-free rotation, the speed of the roller is adjusted in such a way that a length of the wire corresponding to a prescribed length of the second section passes the roller contact-free. A semi-finished product having the first section and having the second section is cut off of the shaped wire.

Production method for a semi-finished product

The production method according to the invention for creating a thread in an elongated semi-finished product comprises the following steps: shaping, especially lengthwise rolling, of at least two lengthwise grooves into a blank and lengthwise rolling of a thread into the areas circumferentially delimited by the grooves. The distance from the beds of the grooves to the axis of the blank is smaller than the distance from the root of the thread to the axis.

One or more embodiments of the present invention relate to a torque-limited attachment device, having a first head piece with at least one shaped element for the purpose of establishing a positive-fit connection to an attachment tool, and having a second head piece which has at least one threading, wherein both head pieces are connected to each other, forming at least one predetermined breaking point which breaks at a limit torque between the two head pieces such that a first breakaway surface, the same being functionally assigned to the first head piece, and a second breakaway surface, the same being functionally assigned to the second head piece, are created, and wherein at least the second head piece has a base material inside, the same having a corrosion-resistant surface coating.

Saw for cutting of hard materials

A guide rail for an apparatus for processing concrete and rock, especially for concrete saws or for core drilling equipment, including supporting and guiding surfaces extending in the longitudinal direction, for the apparatus housing, and a profile extending parallel to the supporting and guiding surfaces and having contacting edges disposed at regular intervals from one another and extending transversely to the longitudinal direction, for an advancing mechanism provided at the processing apparatus, with the guide rail being formed of a sheet metal profile by bending an elongate, bent part, punched out of sheet metal, with the supporting and guiding surfaces and the profile for the advancing mechanism being integrated as one piece in the sheet metal profile.

Guide rail for equipment for working on concrete and rock

A drilling and/or chipping tool includes a housing (30) containing a guide tube (36) with a striking mechanism (28) located within the guide tube, with the guide tube and striking mechanism being displaceable in the striking direction relative to the housing. Damping elements abut between the guide tube and the housing. Rotary motion is transmitted from a drive motor (31), located in a stationary position within the housing, in a wear-free manner to a crankshaft (34) of the striking mechanism (28) by an axial displaceable compensation element (33), so that the striking mechanism is displaceable in the striking direction relative to the drive shaft (32) of the drive motor (31).

Drilling and chipping tool

A tool bit to be inserted into a tool bit chuck of a hand tool used for chiseling, drilling and/or percussion drilling has an axially extending chucking shank (A) with two locking grooves (1) closed at the ends spaced apart in the axial direction, and two rotary entrainment grooves (2) open at a free end of the shank. In addition, two rotary entrainment faces (3) are located in the areas of the locking grooves (1).

Tool bit and tool bit chuck for hand tools

A tool bit, to be inserted into a tool bit chuck of a hand-held tool used for at least one of chiseling, drilling and percussion drilling, has an axially extending chucking shank (10) with a polygon-like cross-section having chamfered corners (13, 14, 15, 16). The chucking shank has two profiled faces disposed diametrically opposite one another and each has a locking groove (19) closed at its axially spaced ends. Two other diametrically opposite profiled faces form entrainment faces (12) with rotary entrainment grooves (11) each having entrainment faces (17, 18) for transmitting torque to the tool bit.
