According to one aspect a detergent drawer for a washing machine is disclosed, the detergent drawer comprising a linear guiding, a first holder for a detergent container, a second holder for a front plate and a front plate arranged at the second holder, wherein the linear guiding provides a displacement of a movable portion of the detergent drawer relatively to the washing machine and at least approximately perpendicular to an operating panel of the washing machine in a direction of motion, wherein the detergent drawer has a driving mechanism configured to automatically open the detergent drawer using a mechanically generated force when a user applies a pushing force to the front plate and then releases the front plate.

There is disclosed a device for a production of cable harnesses, said device having a stand, a rotor, at least two rotor arms and at least two mounting boards, said rotor rotatably mounted on said stand and said rotor having said at least two rotor arms on which said at least two mounting boards are mounted, wherein each mounting board of said at least two mounting boards is configured to allow producing at least one cable harness. Device for the production of cable harnesses

The invention relates to an operating panel arrangement, in particular for domestic appliances such as washing machines and tumble dryers. An operating panel has formed on its outside actuating sections and display sections for operating or monitoring purposes. An electrical circuit arrangement is coupled to the actuating sections and the display sections and is arranged in the region of the inside of the operating panel. In this case, the circuit arrangement has at least three electrodes, which are arranged in a manner distributed approximately parallel to the operating panel. The circuit arrangement has evaluation means which are designed to calculate the spatial position of an operating means in relation to the position of the three electrodes, to be precise by evaluating the fields between the electrodes and the operator. The actuating sections can be freely defined as positions of the operating means in the region of the outside of the operating panel.

Operating panel arrangement for domestic appliances and method for manufacturing an operating panel arrangement

The invention proposes a key arrangement for a control panel, particularly for domestic machines such as washing machines, driers etc., having at least one key with a front control face and at least one backward-protruding projection, a key support which has at least one opening through which the projection passes, and elastic means which are borne on the back of the key support, the elastic means engaging with the projection which passes through the opening and prestressing the key forwards from the key support.

Key arrangement for a control panel

An assembly for cleaning an ink jet print head which is stationary in a postage meter and/or addressing machine behind a guide plate for imprintable media in a print window. The ink jet print head is pivotable between a printing position and a cleaning and/or sealing position. A cleaning and sealing device is also disposed behind the guide plate and it is selectively movable towards the ink jet print head for cleaning and/or sealing. The cleaning and sealing device includes a sealing cap adapted to the front side of the ink jet print head, along with a transversely sweeping wiper lip and a vacuuming device. The sealing cap defines a suction region for the wiper lip, and the ink jet print head in its housing has a compartment with a replaceable absorbent filling. The wiper lip is not only stripped along the filling but also vacuumed via the suction region. The suction region is also used to vacuum the filling. This prevents soiling of the nozzle face from residual ink on the wiper lip.

Device for cleaning an ink jet print head

The ink jet print head includes a plurality of modules in a stacked construction or a single module. The modules are disposed in a housing. The nozzle faces of the modules protrude into associated slits of a base plate of the housing, and the modules are electrically connected to a bus adapter. The modules are pressed, by means of a spring element and a common adapter for their ink connection stubs, against an end face of the slits and against the base plate. The assembly is self-adjusting, and its accuracy depends only on the dimensional accuracy of the base plate, the spring element, and a side edge of the modules which is in effect a reference edge.

Ink jet print head configuration

The system for supplying ink to an ink jet head includes a plurality of modules in a stacked construction. Several ink jet printing modules are supplied jointly through a flexible connection, via an ink hose extending between the ink jet head and an ink tank. One common adapter connects to an inlet connection neck for each module. The inlet connection necks communicate fluidically with a common supply conduit present in tabs, which are formed on the faces of the printing modules, and which extend parallel to a side edge of the modules. The common adapter has a pressure equalization diaphragm and a filter, and it is mounted resiliently and rubber-elastically on the inlet connection necks. The pressure fluctuations are thereby balanced out, drafts of air in individual jets are limited, and soiling of the ink conduits by foreign particles is prevented. The rubber-elastic connection of the adapter and the inlet connection neck with the ink jet printing modules makes the relatively low demands made in terms of tolerance in the ink supply independent of the very stringent demands in terms of tolerance in the modular construction.

System for supplying ink to an ink jet head

An ink connecting line from an ink printing head is docked on a container with a hollow needle passing through a rubber-elastic closure. A device for preventing re-use of the container for supplying ink to the ink printing head has high functional security, only allows the use of new fresh ink containers prescribed by the printer manufacturer and suppresses the use of fresh ink containers that have already been in operation and were then refilled. A hermetically closing cover device is provided inside the container for an insertion region of the hollow needle and can be tripped irreversibly through the use of the hollow needle the first time it is inserted. Once the hollow needle has been pulled out, ink can no longer flow out even if the needle is reinserted.

Device for preventing re-use of a container for supplying ink

A device for preventing re-use of a container for supplying ink to an ink printing head has high functional security, only allows the use of new fresh ink containers prescribed by the printer manufacturer and suppresses the use of fresh ink containers that have already been in operation and were then refilled. An ink connecting line from the ink printing head to the fresh ink container is docked in a known manner through the use of a hollow needle that is passed through a rubber-elastic closure. Two electrodes in the bottom of the fresh ink container are also part of an ink exhaustion detector in a known manner. A cover device for at least one electrode can be tripped irreversibly through the use of the hollow needle the first time it is inserted.

In a method and arrangement for monitoring the functioning of an ink print head with individual droplet ejection supplied with ink from an ink tank, an enhancement of the function dependability with little outlay is achieved while still permitting a constant monitoring of the functioning of the ink print head with constant precision, regardless of the brightness of the recording medium. Actual ink flow from the ink tank to the ink print head is constantly quantitatively measured and compared to an intended ink flow value that corresponds to the printing commands. The printing mode is interrupted and a cleaning procedure initiated given deviation from a permitted value. The ink flow is also measured during the cleaning procedure and compared to anticipated, stored, empirically determined values. The cleaning procedure is interrupted and an error search initiated given deviations above predetermined thresholds. Otherwise, the printing mode is reassumed after the cleaning procedure. The ink flow measurement is made by a flow-amount meter with an analog-to-digital converter. The measured results are forwarded to an evaluation unit that contains a comparison circuit, a threshold circuit as an well as an a memory for comparison values and thresholds.
