Cooler cart

A two-wheeled, axially-expandable cart having an axially-expandable platform that includes a pair of platform members that are moveable axially between a collapsed position where the edges of the platform members are confronting, and an expanded position when the edges are space apart, and a pair of wheels, each wheel connected through an axle to and extending axially from each platform member. The two-wheeled cart provides a method for hauling an insulated cooler, where the cooler is positioned onto the platform assembly with its center of gravity forward of the platform assembly, and with an extending strap member laced through a front handle of the cooler, for raising the front end of the cooler off the ground and pulling the cooler forward, secured to the two-wheeled cart.

Axially-expandable cooler cart and its method of use

A pour spout device including a lid and a vented pour spout for improving the sealing of an opening of a wide-mouthed jar or container. The lid has a cover and a threaded outer wall, and a seal ring track on the inner side of the cover, having an inner boundary defined by a plurality of retaining ribs spaced radially inwardly from the outer wall of the lid. An annular seal is removably secured within the seal ring track and is retained by the plurality of retaining ribs. Each quadrant of the inner side of the lid has at least one of the arcuate-shaped retaining ribs, each having an outer-facing surface that retains the inside edge of all four quadrants of the annular seal from being biased laterally out of the seal ring track when the annular seal is squeezed between the lid and the upper rim of the container.

A law enforcement officer involved in a traffic stop is provided with a means to submit details of contraband locations within the stopped vehicle to a cloud-based server or database. This method of submitting information allows any other officer to be able to retrieve up-to-date information regarding the location of contraband hidden with a particular vehicle. The data submitted, stored, and accessed from the cloud-based server or database may include methods and instructions for accessing the hiding places, or other relevant information useful for an officer to retrieve contraband.

A method of modifying polarity of light is provided. The light propagates through a first transverse plane and has known polarization states in respective cells of the first transverse plane. A first retardation compensator having respective waveplates matching the cells then changes the polarity of the light so that light propagating through a second transverse plane is circularly polarized across the entire second transverse plane. A second retardation compensator includes a plurality of quarter waveplates that change the polarization of the circularly polarized light, so that light passing through a third transverse plane is linearly polarized. The crystal alignment of the quarter waveplates and their shape and configuration are selected so that the direction of the polarization is normal to a radius from a single point.

Method of and apparatus for modifying polarity of light

Embodiments of a pellicle, methods of fabrication and methods of use in extreme ultraviolet (EUV) photolithography are disclosed. The pellicle may include a wire mesh with a square or hexagonal geometric configuration. A thin film of a material with a high Young's modulus may be coated on at least one surface of the wire mesh. A method of fabrication may include forming at least one sacrificial layer on a surface of the wire mesh, forming a thin film on another surface of the wire mesh, and removing the sacrificial layer to form a pellicle. A method of use may include positioning a pellicle relative to a photomask to protect the photomask from particulate accumulation during an EUV photolithography process.

Embodiments of the present invention provide methods for the fabrication of carbon nanotubes using composite metal films. A composite metal film is fabricated to provide uniform catalytic sites to facilitate the uniform growth of carbon nanotubes. Further embodiments provide embedded nanoparticles for carbon nanotube fabrication. Embodiments of the invention are capable of maintaining the integrity of the catalytic sites at temperatures used in carbon nanotube fabrication processes, 600 to 1100&#xb0; C.
