A connection assembly () between two housing chambers () of a control unit, includes a housing having at least two housing chambers () and a housing partition wall () for separating the two housing chambers () and defines a break-through (). The first housing chamber () is configured as a dry chamber and comprises at least one first contact partner. The second housing chamber () is configured as a wet chamber and comprises at least one second contact partner. An electrical line () electrically connects at least the first contact partner to the second contact partner. The electrical line () is guided through the break-through () and includes, locally in the region of the break-through (), a single-layer or multi-layer sheathing () for sealing the break-through (). An electronics module utilizing the connection assembly is also disclosed.

Connection assembly between two housing chambers of a controller

A housing comprising at least one electrical connection through a housing wall that is particularly inexpensive to produce and allows the electronic components located on the internal face and the external face of the housing to be attached in a particularly variable manner. The electrical connection is directly surrounded by housing material while being additionally sealed by means of sealing material. The inventive housing seal is provided with a profiled seal encompassing at least two sealing lips. The sealing material is additionally used for sealing the cover and/or the bottom relative to the housing wall. The arrangement is also particularly well protected against oil and other aggressive media as a combination of housing material and sealing material is used for surrounding the electrical connection.

Sealing a control device

A housing () with at least one electrical connection () through a housing wall () can be manufactured especially economically and can facilitate an especially economical lacing of electronic components () present on the interior and on the exterior of the housing (). The electrical connection () is enclosed by a housing material and additionally sealed by a sealing material (). The sealing material () also advantageously serves to seal a top () and a bottom () to the housing wall (). Through the combination of the casing of the electrical connection () of the housing () and the sealing material (), this arrangement is, moreover, especially impervious to oil or other aggressive media.

Sealing a controller

The invention relates to an arrangement enabling a liquid () to flow evenly around a surface of a sample (); said arrangement has a flow chamber () through which a liquid () flows via inflow and outflow pipes (). The sample () can be rotated about an axis of rotation by means of a rotary drive (). A filter () which extends crosswise to the direction of flow of the liquid () and which ensures a uniform flow through the inflow and outflow pipes () is situated in front of the inflow and outflow pipes (). The arrangement is especially suitable for depositing a homogeneous layer of a nickel/iron alloy on a silicon wafer (). The invention relates furthermore to the use of the arrangement.
