A plug connector for electrically connecting a tag connector to an electrical line of a motor-driven garden and/or forestry working apparatus includes a tag connector receptacle portion and a line receptacle portion. The tag connector receptacle portion has a first surface-clamping leg, a second surface-clamping leg, a first peripheral guiding blade and a second peripheral guiding blade, wherein the surface-clamping legs are disposed so as to be opposite one another and wherein the peripheral guiding blades are disposed so as to be opposite one another. The tag connector receptacle portion is configured for elastically enlarging a leg spacing between the surface-clamping legs and for plastically enlarging a blade spacing between the peripheral guiding blades by interaction between the peripheral guiding blades and the tag connector for receiving the tag connector and for contacting and for impinging with a clamping force opposite surfaces of the received tag connector by the surface-clamping legs, and for contacting opposite peripheries of the received tag connector by the peripheral guiding blades for securing the received tag connector against being released from the tag connector receptacle portion and for electrical contacting. The line receptacle portion is electrically connected to the tag connector receptacle portion. The line receptacle portion is configured for receiving the electrical line and for securing the received line against being released from the line receptacle portion and for electrical contacting.

Plug connector for electrically connecting a tag connector to an electrical line of a motor-driven garden and/or forestry working apparatus, and motor-driven garden and/or forestry working apparatus

A work apparatus has a work tool driven by a combustion engine. A brake assembly has a brake element for braking the work tool as it slows down. In a braking position of the brake assembly, the work tool is braked, while, in a stand-by position of the brake assembly, the brake element enables the movement of the work tool. The brake element is held in the stand-by position by a holding force from an electromagnet supplied with energy by an electric generator driven by the engine, for which purpose, in the stand-by position of the brake assembly, a holding current is supplied to the electromagnet. To extend the holding time as the engine slows down, an operating parameter of the engine is monitored and, after a limit value of the operating parameter is reached, the holding current supplied to the electromagnet is reduced.

Work apparatus having an electromagnetic brake assembly

A method is for activating an electromagnetic valve including a valve seat and a valve body. The valve body is movable between a first and the second position (A, B) via an electric drive coil. The drive coil is connected to a control device which as a function of a setting variable (S) energizes the drive coil with a signal sequence consisting of control signals in order to move the valve body. The control device as a function of the setting variable (S) sets a predetermined signal amplitude and/or a predetermined signal duration of the control signals. It is provided that at least one control signal of the signal sequence is formed with an amplitude superelevated above the predetermined signal amplitude and/or with a signal duration extended beyond the predetermined signal duration.

Method for activating an electromagnetic valve

A spark plug socket has an elastic base member and a contact element secured in the base member. The base member has a spark plug receptacle for a spark plug and the contact element has a contact receptacle for a terminal of the spark plug. The spark plug socket is removable in a removing direction from the spark plug. In an unloaded state of the spark plug socket arranged on the spark plug, a section of the contact receptacle engages behind the terminal of the spark plug in the removing direction of the spark plug socket. A longitudinal center axis of the contact receptacle is slanted relative to a longitudinal center axis of the spark plug receptacle. The contact element is adjustable against an elasticity of the base member such that an angle between the longitudinal center axis of the contact receptacle and the longitudinal center axis of the spark plug receptacle is reduced.

Spark plug socket

A connector system () includes a plurality of connectors (to) which each have a plug and a counter plug. Each plug has a plurality of receptacles () for contacts and each counter plug has a plurality of receptacles () for counter contacts. In at least one receptacle () of each plug, a contact is arranged and in at least one allocated receptacle () of each counter plug, an allocated counter contact is arranged. In at least one of the connectors (to), at least one receptacle of a plug does not have a contact. In the allocated receptacle () of the counter plug, a coding element is arranged which prevents the insertion of a contact into this receptacle () of the counter plug.
