A hydraulic unit with open-loop and closed-loop control of brake pressure in a brake circuit of an electronically slip-controllable braking system of a motor vehicle includes a pump housing, a motor for driving a brake pressure generator, and an electronic control device for controlling the motor in line with demand. The motor and the control device are disposed on opposite sides of the pump housing, and a shaft bore extending all the way through is formed therebetween, in which shaft bore a motor shaft which can be rotationally driven is disposed. A sealing apparatus seals the shaft bore with respect to an interior of the electronic control device. A sealing apparatus which comprises an insertion seal is disposed on the pump housing in a seal socket and a mechanical preloading force is applied by a preloading apparatus. A method of assembling the hydraulic unit is also provided.

An electronically commutated machine, in particular an electronically commutated electric motor is disclosed. To detect an angle of rotation completed by a rotor shaft of the machine or a rotational speed, this rotor shaft is equipped with a signal generator of a sensor device. This latter component has a magnet element, which is fastened on the rotor shaft by way of a holding element. A clamping body is included, which is arranged on the rotor shaft with force fit and onto which the holding element is pressed.

Electronically commutated machine, electronically slip-controllable brake system and method for manufacturing an electronically commutated machine

A sensor arrangement for a braking system of a vehicle is disclosed comprising a connection interface, a control unit, and a sensor. The sensor has an external interface with electrical contacts via which the sensor is connected to the control unit. The control unit is connected to and supplied with power via the connection interface and exchanges data with a higher-level unit via the connection interface. The sensor is provided power via the electrical contact points and provides electrical output signals via the electrical contact points. A first contact point provides a first electrical output signal and is connected to the connection interface via a first switching element such that the first contact point is connected to the connection interface when the first switching element is in the deenergized state and is disconnected from the connection interface when the first switching element is in the energized state.

Sensor arrangement for a braking system of a vehicle and corresponding braking system

A drive assembly has a housing block, on which there is arranged an electrical machine. The latter has a working shaft mounted in a shaft bore of the housing block and the rotational position of which is detected by a sensor device formed by a signal transmitter and a signal receiver comprising evaluation electronics. The shaft bore is closed by a cover, which is arranged between signal transmitter and signal receiver. The cover is formed in one piece with an electronics housing of the signal receiver. A centering device for the signal receiver is formed on the housing block on the electronics housing. The disclosed drive assembly simplifies the construction, functional testing and mounting of the signal receiver and at the same time improves the protection thereof against damaging environmental influences.

A connecting arrangement includes an electronic component and a printed circuit board, and a method includes establishing a solder connection between the component and circuit board. The component has a housing with a support area, and a contact element with a first contact area running parallel to the support area of the housing, a second contact area at a prespecified angle relative to the first contact area, and a rounded transition region formed between the first and second contact areas. The circuit board has a first surface with a soldering area including a constriction, a first section, and a second section connected to the first section via the constriction. The transition region is in a region of the constriction. The second contact area is connected to the second section via a solder connection. The support area is at an angle relative to the first surface corresponding to the prespecified angle.

A hydraulic block of a slip control system of a hydraulic vehicle brake system includes a hydraulic accumulator, a hollow storage cover, and an accumulator cylinder defined partly by a blind hole in the hydraulic block and partly by the hollow storage cover. The blind hole is closed by the hollow storage cover. An accumulator piston of the hydraulic accumulator is sealed and guided to or close to the ends in the blind hole in the hydraulic block and in the storage cover.

A hydraulic unit for a slip controller of a hydraulic vehicle brake system includes an electric motor, a plurality of hydraulic pumps, a hydraulic block, a plurality of solenoid valves, a rotation angle sensor, an electronic control unit, and a valve cover. The electric motor is positioned on a narrow side of the hydraulic block, and is configured to drive the hydraulic pumps. The electronic control unit includes a contacting mechanism, and is positioned in the valve cover. The electric motor and the solenoid valves are arranged so that the electric motor and electromagnets of the solenoid valves protrude to approximately a same extent from the hydraulic block to enable simple commutation with the rotation angle sensor and the contacting mechanism of the electronic control unit.

A connection device for a pressure sensor includes a supporting unit and a circuit board. The circuit board carries an electronic circuit having at least one of at least one electronic component and at least one electrical component. The supporting unit includes a multi-part main body that is electrically and mechanically connected to the circuit board via at least one soldered connection. The supporting unit further forms an external interface having at least one electrical contact point that enables tapping of at least one electrical output signal of the electronic circuit, and that is electrically connected to a corresponding contact point of the circuit board via an electrical connection. A pressure sensor includes such a connection device, and a method pertains to producing such a connection device.

The first joining geometry is configured to at least one of guide and electrically contact external contact elements, and includes contact receiving pockets configured to guide the external contact elements, and at least one reinforcement web that separates two adjacent contact receiving pockets. The second joining geometry is configured to join the support unit to the circuit board. The first joining geometry defines at least in part an external interface via which at least one electrical output signal of the circuit board is tapped.

A circuit carrier for a sensor unit comprises a first interface via which at least one electrical output signal is tapped at least at one connection point of a measuring cell, a second interface via which the at least one electrical output signal of the measuring cell is applied via at least one first contact element to a circuit board with an electronic circuit, and a hollow, cylindrical main body. The first further receiver is located perpendicularly offset from the first row in a second direction opposite the first direction and within a plane extending between two of the first plurality of receivers and between two of the second plurality of receivers and that is outside of a center plane defined by the hydraulic block.

An arrangement for the direct contacting of contact mechanism has a first contact mechanism arranged on a contact carrier and a second contact mechanism. The contact carrier includes a plastic injection premolding of galvanizable plastic and a nongalvanizable plastic. The galvanizable plastic has a predetermined resilient behavior and the first contact mechanism is formed by a metal layer having predetermined dimensions. The first contact mechanism can be applied onto the galvanizable plastic in a galvanic process. The resilient behavior of the galvanizable plastic and the dimensions of the metal layer form, under the predetermined contact force, a microdepression configured to guide the second contact mechanism in the first contact mechanism. A corresponding connection device for a pressure measurement cell includes such a direct contacting arrangement.

A sensor unit has at least one measuring cell and a circuit mount arranged in a protective sleeve. The measuring cell detects a pressure of a hydraulic block. The circuit mount has a printed circuit board, which is positioned perpendicularly relative to the measuring cell. The printed circuit board has an electronic circuit with at least one electronic and/or electrical component. The measuring cell has at least one connection point configured to tap off at least one electrical output signal from the measuring cell. The circuit mount forms an internal interface which taps off the at least one electrical output signal from the measuring cell and applies it to the electronic circuit. An output signal from the electronic circuit can be tapped off by an external interface. The internal interface is formed at a first end and the external interface is formed at a second end of the protective sleeve.

Sensor unit

A device for electrically contacting a first electronic unit with a second electronic unit includes a guiding unit, at least one first contact unit that is guided in the guiding unit, and a second contact unit. The contact units each include at least one contact element, which cooperates with the other as contact partners. The at least one contact element of the first contact unit is embodied as a hollow contact element. The at least one contact element of the second contact unit is embodied as a shaped contact part that comprises an elevated region that tapers in the direction along a vertical axis. The electrical contact of the at least one hollow contact element with the at least one shaped contact part is provided in the form of a plug connection inside the hollow contact element of the first contact unit.
