A wiper arm for use with a wiper blade, which is mechanically and detachably connectable to the wiper arm and to a wiper arm adapter by joining in an assembly direction using a wiper blade adapter, includes an electrical connecting element, disposed on a wiper arm side of the wiper blade adapter, configured to reversibly establish a connection to a second electrical connecting element on a wiper blade side of the wiper blade adapter. The connection between the electrical connecting element and the second electrical connecting element is formed along the assembly direction. The electrical connecting element and the second electrical connecting element are mounted floating. The electrical connecting element and the second electrical connecting element are mounted deflectable in a spatial plane oriented crossways to the assembly direction.

Wiper blade and wiper arm

The invention relates to a wiper blade () for the cleaning of windows () of motor vehicles, with a carrier element () which has a first mounting () for the form-fitting fastening of a wiper rubber () and a second mounting () for fastening at least one spring rail () serving as a support element. According to the invention, provision is made that the second mounting () in the longitudinal direction of the carrier element () forms laterally two guides () for the spring rail (), which embrace the lateral edge regions of the spring rail () in a form-fitting manner, and that the region between the guides (), viewed over the longitudinal direction of the carrier element (), is constructed at least partially, preferably completely, as an open central zone ().

Wiper blade for the cleaning of windows of motor vehicles

A wiper blade for cleaning a vehicle windscreen having a carrier element configured to hold a wiper rubber is disclosed. A wiper blade adapter, fixed to the carrier element, is configured to detachably connect the wiper blade to a wiper arm. The wiper arm includes a wiper arm adapter disposed on the wiper arm that is oriented along a longitudinal extension of the wiper arm in an assembly direction. The wiper blade adapter includes a first adapter section attached to the carrier element, a second adapter section configured to directly connect to the wiper arm adapter, and indirectly connect to the wiper arm via the wiper arm adapter, a joint that articulates the first adapter section and the second adapter section, and an electrical connecting element having an electrical contact configured to reversibly establish an electrical connection between a heating element and a current supply disposed on the wiper arm.

Flat wiper blade for windscreen wiper modules, having a wiper blade body, which presents at least one wiping rubber () forming at least on e wiping lip (), presents at least one spring rail () in addition to at least one retaining strip () on which the wiping rubber () is held and which (retaining strip ()) possesses at least one profile section designed as a hollow profile, in which at least a partial length of the spring rail () is accommodated, wherein at least one heating foil () is arranged over at least a partial length together with the at least one spring rail () in the profile section () of the retaining strip ().

Flat wiper blade

Flat wiper blade for use in windscreen wiper modules of vehicles, essentially consisting of a wiping rubber in addition to two spring rails, extending in the longitudinal direction of the wiper blade, spaced apart from one another and receiving the wiping rubber in a subsection between them, which each respectively project over the wiping rubber on the wiper blade longitudinal sides and with at least one jet or injection strip provided on one longitudinal side of the wiper blade, having at least one injection or washing duct with a large number of jet or injection openings for application of a washing and cleaning fluid to a vehicle windscreen and which, with use of clip-like fixtures spanning the wiper blade on the upper side of the wiper blade, is retained on the external peripheries of the spring rails.

Flat wiper blade for windscreen wiper modules, having a wiper blade body, which presents at least one wiping rubber () forming at least one wiping lip (), presents at least one spring rail () in addition to at least one retaining strip () on which the wiping rubber () is held and which (retaining strip ()) possesses at least one profile section designed as a hollow profile, in which at least a partial length of the spring rail () is accommodated, wherein at least one heating foil () is arranged over at least a partial length together with the at least one spring rail () in the profile section () of the retaining strip ().

Wiper blade for windscreen wiper modules for vehicles and in a design as a flat wiper blade, with a wiping rubber forming a wiping lip with at least one spring rail connected to the wiping rubber and in addition with at least one spoiler profile connected to the wiping rubber and to the at least one spring rail and manufactured as an independent profile.

Wiper blade

The invention relates to a wiper blade () for the cleaning of windows of motor vehicles, with at least one spray channel () arranged on the wiper blade (), with spray openings () for the discharging of washing fluid () onto the window, with at least a first connection () for connecting the spray channel () to an external hose line for the supply of the washing fluid (), and with at least one adapter () for connecting the wiper blade () to a wiper arm () of a wiper device (), wherein the first connection () is arranged on the adapter (), and wherein the adapter () is arranged hydraulically in operative connection with a second connection () likewise arranged on the adapter (), which is connected with the spay channel (). According to the invention, provision is made that the adapter () is constructed as a single-piece plastic injection molded part.

The invention relates to a wiper arm/wiper blade connection between a wiper blade () and a wiper arm () of a windscreen wiper installation for vehicles, comprising a wiper blade adapter () which is mounted on the wiper blade for detachably fastening the wiper blade to the wiper arm. The wiper blade is designed as a flat wiper blade and comprises at least one nozzle opening () and/or at least one spray or distribution channel () having nozzle openings for applying a cleaning or washing liquid to a vehicle screen on at least one wiper blade longitudinal side. The connection further comprises at least one liquid connection () on the wiper blade adapter on the adapter end for detachably connecting the at least one nozzle opening and/or the at least one spray or distribution channel to at least one outer liquid line () for supplying the washing or cleaning liquid, namely via a coupling unit () that is connected to the at least one liquid line and detachably connected to the at least one liquid line. The invention is characterized in that, if the wiper blade is configured as an electrically heated wiper blade, the wiper blade adapter has at least one electrical connection () in addition to the at least one liquid connection, said electrical connection being detachably connected to the at least one outer electrical line () via the coupling unit to supply the heating current to the wiper blade.

Wiper arm/wiper blade connection and wiper blade

In the case of a wiper blade for cleaning windscreens on vehicles, particularly motor vehicles, with at least one spray duct arranged in the wiper blade with spray orifices for applying a washing or cleaning fluid to the windscreen to be cleaned, with at least one first connection for connection of the spray duct to an external line for supply of the washing or cleaning fluid and with at least one adapter for connecting the wiper blade to a wiper arm, the at least one connection is part of a connection and distribution element provided on the adapter, which is connected by at least a second connection to a duct section of the spray duct extending away from the adapter.

The invention relates to an adapter for adapting a main bracket of a wiper blade to the coupling section of a wiper arm of a wiper mechanism. Said adapter comprises an insertion pin, which is held at one end and which is provided for being laterally inserted into a locating opening on the main bracket, whereby said locating opening extends transversal to the wiper blade longitudinal axis. The adapter also comprises a cylindrical cavity which is provided on the insertion pin, has an insertion opening and which serves to accommodate a pivot pin of the coupling section of the wiper arm. A first bearing section is provided in the area of the insertion opening and is provided for resting against the area of the coupling section that holds the pivot pin. The adapter has a second bearing section located on the side opposite the insertion opening and is provided for resting against the stop of a projection of the coupling section, whereby said projection overlaps, at least in sections, the adapter when mounted.
