A delivery system is disclosed which can be used to deliver an ocular implant into a target location within the eye via an ab interno procedure. In some embodiments, the implant can provide fluid communication between the anterior chamber and the suprachoroidal or supraciliary space while in an implanted state. The delivery system can include a proximal handle component and a distal delivery component. In addition, the proximal handle component can include an actuator to control the release of the implant from the delivery component into the target location in the eye.

An implant container for containing an ocular implant is described herein. The implant container can releasably couple to an implant delivery device and provide at least partial alignment of the delivery device with an ocular implant during loading of the ocular implant onto the delivery device.

This disclosure relates generally to methods and devices for an ocular implant which can be positioned in the Schlemm's canal of a patient's eye for improving fluid flow, such as aqueous fluid, through the eye. The ocular implant can have a variety of shapes and sizes which can allow the ocular implant to be implanted in the Schlemm's canal for applying a force, including a predetermined force, along a part of the Schlemm's canal. The force applied by the ocular implant can change the shape of the Schlemm's canal which can increase the flow volume within and through the Schlemm's canal.

Schlemm's canal devices and method for improving fluid flow

A direct visualization (DV) system and methods are disclosed for measuring one or more anatomical features of the eye, including a depth of the iridocorneal angle of the eye. The DV system can include a wire extending distally from a handle with the wire having one or more indicators for measuring anatomical features of the eye. The DV system can be deployed into the eye and used with minimal trauma to ocular tissues. Furthermore, the DV system can be used independently or alongside other ocular instruments, such as instruments having indicators corresponding to the DV system for correctly implanting ocular implants without the use of a gonio lens.

This disclosure relates generally to an injection device having a plunger configured to advance a distance into a container of material, such as a viscoelastic container; a trigger mechanism configured upon an actuation of the trigger mechanism to apply a first force to a spring element; and the spring element coupled to the plunger and configured to apply a second force to the plunger and which is configured to prevent exceeding a threshold maximum force applied to the container.

Disclosed are devices and methods for treatment of eye disease such as glaucoma. Implants are described herein that create a flow field, such as between the anterior chamber and either the supraciliary space or suprachoroidal space. In addition, the implant can be treated with one or more treatments, including plasma treatments, for creating a variety of surface features and characteristics. Some of the surface features and characteristics can assist in controlling tissue responses to the implanted implant, including promoting or preventing tissue proliferation.

Flow promoting ocular implant device and methods

Disclosed are devices, methods and systems for treatment of eye disease, including open angle glaucoma and narrow angle glaucoma. Implants are described herein that create a directed flow field, such as between the anterior chamber and either the supraciliary space or suprachoroidal space. In addition, the implant can include a variety of features, including extruded features, such as rings and pegs, which can assist in preventing ocular tissue from collapsing onto the implant and occluding fluid pathways.

Disclosed herein are devices and methods related to implants for treating one or more physiological conditions of the eye. Some embodiments disclosed herein include an expandable ocular implant for implanting in an eye. The expandable implant can include an implant having an elongate tubular body and an expandable sheath securely adapted to a part of the implant. Some embodiments of the expandable sheath can have at least one expandable feature that can assist the expandable sheath in forming a compact and an expanded configuration.
