A rotary bearing (), especially for harmonic gearing, comprising an outer bearing ring () and an inner bearing ring () arranged therein; whereby the inner bearing ring () and the outer bearing ring () are each provided with at least one receptacle () through which, when the two receptacles () are in a corresponding position with respect to one another, rolling elements () can be inserted through a receptacle opening () formed by the two receptacles () into an anti-friction bearing between the bearing surface () of the inner bearing ring () and the bearing surface () of the outer bearing ring (), wherein a guide ring () for the rolling elements () is arranged in at least one of the two receptacles () between the receptacle opening () and the rolling elements ().

Rotary bearing and gearbox

A strain wave gear mechanism () has a gear mechanism component (CS) and an elastically deformable transmission component (FS) that is at least partially in alignment therewith in the radial direction () and can be deformed elliptically by way of a drive component (WG). Internal or external toothing systems () on the gear mechanism component (CS) and the transmission component (FS) are brought into engagement in opposite regions of an elliptical axis to rotate the transmission component (FS) and the gear mechanism component (CS) relative to one another. The transmission component (FS) and the gear mechanism component (CS) are mounted such that they can be rotated relative to one another by means of a pivot bearing () which has a bearing intermediate space (). To maintain lubrication and avoid lubricant leaks, an interior space () of the strain wave gear mechanism () that adjoins the pivot bearing () is sealed by an inner seal () with respect to the bearing intermediate space () of the pivot bearing.

A transmission component set has a bearing ring () and a strain wave gear mounted thereon. Said strain wave gear comprises an input or drive component (), a flexible or resilient transmission component () having external teeth (), and a gear () having an internal teeth (). The transmission component () is fitted onto the drive component () and thereby is elliptically deformable such that the external teeth () of the transmission component () engage with the internal teeth () of the gear () in opposing areas of a major axis of the ellipse, wherein the gear () or the transmission component (), via its bearing surface (), can be mounted on a bearing surface () of the bearing ring () by means of rolling elements (). The gear () or the transmission component () and the bearing ring () are each provided with at least one indentation or receptacle (). When the two indentations or receptacles () are lined up in a corresponding position relative to each other, the rolling elements () are inserted into an anti-friction bearing between the bearing surface () of the gear () or transmission component () and the bearing surface () of the bearing ring ().
