A computer system configured to autonomously provision at least a portion of a desktop as a service (DaaS) system is provided. The computer system includes a memory, a network interface, and a processor configured to receive, via the network interface, a request to add a catalog of virtual desktops to an account associated with a tenant of the computing service, and transmit, in response to reception of the request, a plurality of requests to the computing service. The plurality of requests comprise at least one request to create a first virtual network associated with the tenant within the computing service, at least one request to connect the first virtual network to a second virtual network within the computing service, and at least one request to create the catalog within the computing service.

Systems and methods for autonomous provision of desktop as a service (DAAS)

A method and apparatus adjusts a timing of state change of an electronics apparatus having an input device by measuring user's input speed for the input device and a distance of user's finger from the input device. The method includes the steps of measuring a current interval CI between recent two input operations in a series of input operations conducted through the input device, calculating an average interval AI of the series of input operations, calculating a reference interval RI determined from the equation: RI=K&#xd7;AI, where K denotes a proportional coefficient, determining whether a current interval CI is equal to or less than the reference interval, and suspending an occurrence of the second system state change until a first system state has been responded in case when the current interval CI is equal to or less than the reference interval RI.

A navigation method and system for guiding a user to a destination while providing area-specific information useful for guiding and warning the user such as local traffic laws, driving conditions, traffic customs, weather conditions, etc. that is specifically tailored for each user. The area-specific information is customized for a user in order to give the area-specific information to the user that is most relevant to that particular user. The navigation system informs the user of the area-specific information that is different from that of the user's home area or the information specific to the calculated route to the destination or unique to the current location of the user. Further, the navigation system customizes the calculated route such that driving conditions and situations that are unfamiliar to the user will be minimized.

Navigation method and system for indicating area-specific traffic information

In certain situations it is necessary to detect a slight change in a continuous wave signal and to be able to specifically determine the exact position of the change. This is especially necessary in situations where a continuously changing signal (with respect to time) is generated and where it is necessary to determine, at a particular instant of time, any change in the signal from a previous corresponding instant of time. Where the signal is periodic in nature and substantially repeatable between cycles it is possible to establish a memory data base of signal levels as a function of time. Comparisons can then be made on successive cycle against the known, or precalculated data base. Changes between the data base and the new signal result give a positive signal change indication.
