An improved drawer glide for a drawer slide assembly provides drawer slide securement structure taking the form of an internal recess that securely receives a rear portion of an elongated metal drawer slide extending past a rear panel of a drawer. By providing the recess within the drawer glide as drawer slide securement structure, a range of lengths of drawer slides may be used for a given drawer length, significantly reducing the number of different sizes of drawer slides required to meet demands of the furniture industry. The improved drawer glide also includes internal reinforcement structure in the form of an imbedded metal plate.

A multi-adjustable armrest assembly for a chair can be adjusted in a variety of different aspects including laterally, vertically, forwards and backwards, and rotationally. Such an armrest assembly can include an armrest base securable to a chair and having a tubular portion, an armrest support having a vertical leg and a horizontal leg slidably disposed in the tubular portion, a shroud slidably disposed on the vertical leg, a post member attached to the shroud, a collar connected to the post, and an armrest connected to the collar. Additionally, the armrest can have a bottom portion slidably connected to the collar and the collar can be rotatably connected to the post. Furthermore, a positive adjustment mechanism can be provided to control each adjustable aspect of such an armrest assembly.

Multi-adjustable armrest assembly

A portable, foldable bed rail adapted for use with an associated bed having a mattress thereon includes a rail member having first and second substantially identical, mirror image end rail portions and a central rail portion. The end rail portions are hingedly mounted to the central rail portion by respective rail hinge members having parallel axes of rotation. The end rail portions are foldable toward one another adjacent to the central rail portion for storage. The end rails each include a support member having a support leg. The support members are independently hingedly mounted to a respective one of the end rail portions by support hinges. The support hinges have parallel axes of rotation and are rotatable in a direction transverse to the rail hinge members. Each of the support hinge members is independently movable toward and away from its respective end rail portion. The support legs are movable between a first, folded position wherein said support legs fold inward, adjacent to the rail member, and a second, operative position wherein the support legs fold outwardly, and extend generally transverse to the rail.

Portable foldable bed rail

A bath seat usable in a tub for infants and small children includes a seat portion with a curved back support mounted thereto. The base includes at least one deformable tub gripping element for removably affixing the seat to a bath tub. The seat includes first and second spaced apart, elongated members which are attached to regions of the back support and extend therefrom. A removable tray is adapted to slidably engage the elongated members. A releasable latch, carried in part on the tray and in part on at least one of the elongated members, locks the tray to the one elongated member in one of a plurality of linearly displaced positions. The seat includes a strut extending between the base and the tray to lockingly engage and support the tray. The strut prevents a child from slipping under the tray and maintains the child in the seat during the bath.
