In an approach for monitoring media consumption, a processor receives data from a media collection device, wherein the data comprises at least information generated by at least one media broadcasting device of one or more media broadcasts. A processor compares the data to previously stored signatures, wherein the previously stored signatures are each associated with a respective media broadcast. A processor identifies the one or more media broadcasts using the data and the previously stored signatures. A processor compiles the identified one or more media broadcasts with a set of previously stored media broadcasts associated with the media collection device.

Media consumer viewing and listening behavior

The subject matter described herein includes methods, systems, and computer program products for performing extrinsic copy detection and authentication of items. According to one method, an arrangement of symbols is generated. The symbols may include a variety of letters, groups of letters, characters, or pictures that are used instead of a word or a group of words. The arrangement of symbols are printed on an item which may hereinafter be referred to as the original or authentic item. A representation of the arrangement of symbols is captured after being printed on the original item. A registration signature is generated based on the captured arrangement of symbols. The registration signature is then stored in a database, such as a secure, central electronic database.

Copy detection using extinsic features

A method, system and computer program product for serializing a templated markup language representation of test artifacts is provided. The method includes selecting a template of a test plan through a graphical user interface of a test plan markup generation module executing in memory by a processor of a host computer. The method also includes extracting a table of contents from the selected template such that the table of contents includes at least one reference to at least one test case. Finally, the method includes transforming at least one portion of the table of contents including the at least one test case into a markup language representation of the selected template of the test plan.

Serializing a templated markup language representation of test artifacts

Embodiments of the present invention address deficiencies of the art in respect to software testing and provide a method, system and computer program product for serializing a templated markup language representation of test artifacts. In an embodiment of the invention, a method for configuring a test plan for serialization can be provided. The method can include selecting a template of a test plan through a graphical user interface of a test plan markup generation module executing in memory by a processor of a host computer. The method also can include extracting a table of contents from the selected template such that the table of contents includes at least one reference to at least one test case. Finally, the method can include transforming at least one portion of the table of contents including a test case into a markup language representation of the template of the test plan, for instance an XML representation.

A method for debugging client-side code includes a client receiving an application file set from a server in response to the client requesting an application. A singleton is generated on the client by executing a script in the application file set. The singleton monitors a data event generated by an application programming interface. The singleton writes a client data record to a cache memory in response to the application programming interface generating the data event. The client data record records an application event. The singleton flushes the contents of the cached memory in response to a flush event, and transfers the contents to the server for persistent storage.
