The apparatus () comprises a reactor (), wherein the reactor () comprises a burner block () with a furnace chamber for the preparation of a composition C1 comprising at least acetylene and substituted acetylene, a first scrubber () which is constructed for adding a solvent to the composition C1 to obtain a composition C2, a second scrubber () which is constructed for adding the solvent to the composition C2 to obtain a composition C3, a first stripper () which is constructed for stripping the composition C3 to obtain a composition C4 comprising the substituted acetylene, acetylene and the solvent and for separating off the acetylene, a first column () which is constructed for partial degassing of the composition C4 under a pressure of from 1.0 bar to 1.5 bar to obtain a composition C5 and a first amount A1 of the solvent, a second stripper () to which the composition C5 can be fed for stripping a composition C9 to obtain a second amount A2 of the solvent and a composition C6, a third stripper () which is constructed for stripping the solvent from the first scrubber () to obtain a composition C9, wherein the third striper () is connected to the second stripper () for feeding the composition C9 to the second stripper (), an apparatus () for adding a diluting gas to the composition C5, which is arranged between the first column () and the second stripper (), a second column () which is constructed for adding water to the composition C6 to obtain a composition C7 comprising a third amount A3 of the solvent and water and to obtain a composition C8 comprising the substituted acetylene, and a mixing condenser () which is constructed for adding water to the composition C8 to obtain a composition C11 comprising the substituted acetylene. A process for the preparation of acetylene and synthesis gas by partial oxidation of hydrocarbons with oxygen is further proposed.

An apparatus () for preparation of acetylene and synthesis gas by partial oxidation of hydrocarbons with oxygen is proposed, comprising a reactor (). The reactor () has a burner block () with a firing space for acetylene preparation, a secondary space () formed within the burner block (), and an annular space () surrounding the secondary space (). The burner block () has holes () for supply of a stream of a mixture of hydrocarbons and oxygen to the firing space and holes () for supply of a stream of auxiliary oxygen to the firing space. The holes () for supply of a stream of auxiliary oxygen to the firing space are connected to the secondary space (). The secondary space () is connected to the annular space (). The invention relates to a continuous method for producing acetylenes and syngas by partially oxidizing hydrocarbons with oxygen. A first feed stream () containing one or more hydrocarbons and a second feed stream () containing oxygen are &#x2014;mixed in a ratio of the mass flows of the second feed stream () to the first feed stream () corresponding to an oxygen number of less than or equal to 0.31, said streams being heated separately from each other, &#x2014;and fed to a combustion chamber (FR) via a burner block (BR), the partial oxidation of the hydrocarbons being carried out in said combustion chamber, &#x2014;thereby obtaining a first cracked gas stream I. The invention is characterized in that &#x2014;the first cracked gas stream Iis precooled to a temperature ranging from 100 to 1000&#xb0; C. in a prequench region (H), thereby obtaining a second cracked gas stream II, &#x2014;50 to 90% of the solids contained in the second cracked gas stream IIare separated therefrom in a solid-gas separating device (A), thereby obtaining a solid stream Iand a third cracked gas stream III, &#x2014;the third cracked gas stream IIIis cooled to 80 to 90&#xb0; C. by injecting water in a total quench region (B), thereby obtaining a fourth cracked gas stream IVand a first process water stream I, &#x2014;the fourth cracked gas stream IVundergoes a fine separation of solids in one or more scrubbing devices (C, D), thereby obtaining one or more process water streams II, IIIand a product gas stream VI, &#x2014;the process water streams I, II, IIIare merged into a combined process water stream IV, &#x2014;the combined process water stream IVis partly recirculated, as stream V, into the total quench region (B) and otherwise undergoes a cleaning process, as stream VI, by means of a partial evaporation process, thereby obtaining a cleaned process water stream VII, &#x2014;which is cooled by a recooling device (F), partially recycled, as stream VIII, into the method, and otherwise discharged, as stream IX.

Method for producing acetylenes and syngas

A process for preparing acetylene and synthesis gas by partial oxidation of hydrocarbons with oxygen, is disclosed. The process consists of separately preheating and then mixing a first input stream containing a hydrocarbon and a second input stream containing oxygen, supplying the first input stream and the second input stream via a burner block to a firing space, quenching a cracking gas obtained to produce a process water stream and a product gas stream, cooling the product gas stream in a cooling column by direct heat exchange with cooling water, depleting soot in an electrostatic filter, combining all process water streams and passing through soot channels, subjecting the combined process water stream to a cleaning operation by partial vaporization in a one-stage flash vessel to obtain a cleaned process water stream, and recycling the cleaned process water stream into the process.

The invention proposes a method for producing acetylene and synthesis gas by partial oxidation of hydrocarbons with oxygen, wherein a first feedstock (), containing one or more hydrocarbons, and a second feedstock (), containing oxygen, &#x2014;are preheated separately from one another, &#x2014;are fed via a burner block (B) to a combustion chamber (F), in which the partial oxidation of the hydrocarbons takes place, &#x2014;obtaining a cracked gas, which is quenched by injecting a quench oil downstream of the furnace body at 200&#xb0; C. to 250&#xb0; C., wherein &#x2014;a flow of product gas Ig is obtained, which &#x2014;is cooled in a burner column (BK) with further quench oil, obtaining &#x2014;a flow of product gas IIg cooled to 60&#xb0; C. to 90&#xb0; C., which &#x2014;is guided into a final cooler (SK), in which a flow of product gas IIIg, cooled to 20&#xb0; C. to 50&#xb0; C., is obtained by direct thermal exchange with water, as well as a flow of process water I liq &#x2014;which is characterized in that the flow of process water I liq is subjected to purification by partial evaporation in a single-stage expansion chamber, wherein the flow of process water I liq is vaporized to a proportion of 0.01 percent by weight to 10 percent by weight, relative to the total weight of same, obtaining a purified flow of process water II liq which is removed in the waste water.

Method for producing acetylene and synthesis gas

The present invention provides a process for preparing acetylene and synthesis gas by partial oxidation of hydrocarbons with oxygen, by first separately preheating the starting gases comprising a hydrocarbon-containing stream and an oxygen-containing stream and then mixing them in a mixing zone and, after they have flowed through the burner block, reacting them in the firing space and then cooling the products rapidly, wherein the surface on the firing space side of the burner block is covered with a purge gas stream and this purge gas stream is introduced through the burner block by means of several bores, where the averaged ratio of effective surface area of the burner block to number of these bores in the burner block for the purge gas stream is within a range from 5 to 100 cm.

The reactor wall is blanketed with a purge gas stream, introduced through a plurality of feed lines. These feed lines deliver purge gas in a vector direction within a 10&#xb0; angle of the main flow direction of the reactive gas stream. The purge gas is delivered at multiple stages relative to the main flow direction of the reactive gas stream, and the free cross section of the firing space available to the reactive gas stream, at the height of the feed lines of the purge gas stream, is approximately constant.
