A cutting board assembly for use in recreational vehicles. The cutting board assembly includes a metal tray and a board. The board is selectively mountable to the metal tray such that a bottom surface of the board faces a top surface of the metal tray. An area of the top surface of the metal tray is greater than an area of the bottom surface of the board. When the board is mounted to the metal tray and the cutting board assembly is positioned on a cooking appliance, the metal tray is positioned between the board and a heating element of the cooking appliance.

Systems for cutting boards in recreational vehicles

A door assembly for a microwave appliance includes a door frame that defines a door plenum and an air inlet. A monitor cradle is positioned toward a front of the door frame for receiving an image monitor. A duct is mounted to the door frame to divide the plenum into a low pressure region and a high pressure region, and an air handler is mounted to the duct to urge a flow of air from the air inlet, through the low pressure region, and into high pressure region. The flow of air cools electronics in the high pressure region before passing through an upper outlet that directs the flow of air along a surface of the image monitor and through a lower outlet that directs the flow of air along a transverse direction below the image monitor.

Over-the-range microwave including airflow regulating features

A door assembly for a microwave appliance includes a door frame that defines a door plenum and an air inlet. A monitor cradle is positioned toward a front of the door frame for receiving an image monitor seated on top of or flush with a front of the door frame. A duct is mounted to the door frame to divide the plenum into a low pressure region and a high pressure region, and an air handler urges a flow of air through the door plenum. A trim piece is removably mounted to a top of the door frame and includes a front guide that is spaced apart from the image monitor to define an upper outlet through which the flow of air passes downward along the vertical direction in front of the image monitor.

A method of operating a microwave appliance includes determining that a vent fan is on, and instructing an air handler within a door of the microwave appliance to operate in response to determining that the vent fan is on.

An air conditioner unit may include a housing, an outdoor heat exchanger assembly, an indoor heat exchanger assembly, a compressor, and a sterilization light assembly. The housing may define an indoor portion and an outdoor portion. The housing may further define an exhaust outlet downstream from the indoor portion to exhaust air therefrom. The outdoor heat exchanger assembly may be disposed in the outdoor portion and include an outdoor heat exchanger. The indoor heat exchanger assembly may be disposed in the indoor portion and include an indoor heat exchanger and an indoor fan. The compressor may be in fluid communication with the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger to circulate a refrigerant between the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger. The sterilization light assembly may be disposed within the indoor portion and directed at the indoor fan to transmit an ultraviolet light emission thereto.

An over-the-range appliance mountable over a cooktop appliance is provided. The over-the-range appliance includes a cabinet comprising a bottom panel defining a central aperture, a lighting box mounted within the central aperture. The lighting box defines a lighting recess and one or more light sources are mounted to the lighting box and are positioned within the lighting recess. A diffuser plate is positioned over the one or more light sources and encloses the lighting recess.
