A composition contains a polyorganosiloxane dispersed in a combination of a condensation product of a polysiloxane resin and a polyoxyalkylene polymer, and a non-aqueous fluid carrier; wherein the weight-ratio of non-aqueous fluid carrier to condensation product is 0.5 or more and 10 or less; the weight-ratio of the combination of condensation product and non-aqueous fluid carrier to polyorganosiloxane is 0.01 or more and 0.50 or less; and wherein the composition contains less than one weight-part aromatic solvent per million weight parts composition.

Solvent stable slip additive composition

Disclosed is silsesquioxane resin composition that contains a free radical curable functional group that is stabilized with a hydrophilic inhibitor. The hydrophilic inhibitor that has the capability to scavenge free radicals such as ascorbic acid or salicylic acid is used to stabilize the resin. The resins are useful in semiconductor formation such as for anti-reflective coatings, hardmasks or photoresist layers.

Stabilization of silsesquioxane resins

In a first embodiment, this invention relates to a continuously operating press, preferably for the manufacture and/or printing, lamination or the like of a one or multiple layer board web of pre-manufactured material and/or raw material, wherein the lubricant used in the press is at least one phenyl-endblocked polydiorganosiloxane-polyphenylorganosiloxane random copolymer fluid. An optically clear platinum-group metal curable liquid silicone rubber composition having good physical properties. The composition comprises a vinyldimethylsiloxy-terminated polydimethyl(diphenyl)siloxane copolymer comprising about 1 to 20 mole percent diphenylsiloxy units and having a viscosity within a range of about 20,000 mPa.multidot.s to 100,000 mPa.multidot.s at 25.degree. C., vinyldimethylsiloxy-terminated polydimethyl(diphenyl)siloxane copolymer comprising about 1 to 20 mole percent diphenylsiloxy units and having a viscosity within a range of about 50 mPa.multidot.s to 10,000 mPa.multidot.s at 25.degree. C. and optionally comprising up to about 3 mole percent vinyldimethylsiloxy units, a treated reinforcing silica filler, and curing agents.
