An electronic device includes a housing sidewall defining an opening and a display component, such as a display cover, disposed in the opening to form a gap between the housing sidewall and the display component. In at least one example, the cavity is defined by the sidewall and the display cover with the cavity in fluid communication with an external environment through the gap. In at least one example, an epoxy component at least partially defines the cavity and can be in direct contact with the housing sidewall.

Electronic device

An electronic device can include a housing defining an aperture and a display assembly at least partially positioned in the aperture. The display assembly can include a substrate having a conductive portion, a display layer having pixels, a touch sensitive layer positioned on a first side of the substrate, an operational component positioned on a second side of the substrate opposite the first side, and a flexible electrical connector electrically coupled with the conductive portion and the operational component. The flexible electrical connector can include an electromagnetic antenna. A transparent cover can overlay the display assembly and can be secured to the housing.

A wireless communication system of the electronic device may include an antenna element within a display assembly. The antenna element within the display assembly may be operatively coupled to a conductive upper portion of the housing. The housing may define a slot between the conductive upper portion and a conductive lower portion of the housing, and a dielectric material may be positioned within the slot.

A transparent cover can overlie the display assembly and can be affixed to the housing.

An electronic device may include a rear housing wall, antenna resonating element, coil, sensor board, and antenna grounding ring structures. The coil may receive wireless charging signals through the grounding ring structures and the rear housing wall. The grounding ring structures may include concentric ring-shaped traces. The ring-shaped traces may be separated by at least one gap. The ring-shaped traces and the gaps may configure the grounding ring structures to short antenna currents at relatively high frequencies from the antenna resonating element to a ground trace on the sensor board while blocking currents at relatively low frequencies. This may allow the ground trace to form part of an antenna without substantially impairing wireless charging efficiency of the coil.

An electronic device may include an antenna element, coil, sensor board, and grounding ring structures. The coil may receive wireless charging signals through the grounding ring structures. The grounding ring structures may include concentric ring-shaped traces separated by at least one gap. The ring-shaped traces and gaps may configure the grounding ring structures to short antenna currents at relatively high frequencies from the antenna element to a ground trace on the sensor board while blocking currents at relatively low frequencies. The grounding ring structures may include conductive wings that increase capacitive coupling between the grounding ring structures and the antenna element. The grounding ring structures may be soldered to the antenna element. The antenna element and the grounding ring structures may be formed from traces patterned on the same substrate. The ground trace may form part of an antenna without substantially impairing wireless charging efficiency of the coil.

A device can receive configuration information associated with a set of channels to be provided as part of an Internet protocol television (IPTV) service. The device can receive information associated with a set of channel categories after receiving the configuration information associated with the set of channels. The device can receive information associated with a user device that is associated with the IPTV service. The device can generate, based on the information associated with the user device and the channel configuration information, a custom channel lineup using the information associated with the set of channel lineups. The device can generate, using the information identifying video content and the configuration information, targeted information relating to the video content based on the information associated with the user device. Systems and methods are presented for evaluating and incorporating a plurality of input streams into a single input stream. In some embodiments, the system generates a first set of recommendations provided by a plurality of input streams and receives one or more selections of recommendations from the first set of input streams. The system determines a session intent based on the one or more selections and selects a set of input streams, from the plurality of input streams, corresponding to the one or more selection and the session intent. The system generates a second set of recommendations using the set of input streams and the session intent and causes presentation of the second set of recommendations on a user interface of a user device.

Methods and systems for managing N-streams of recommendations

The present disclosure sets forth a safety device for scaffolding so that workmen can climb up or down on the exterior of the scaffolding in safety. The apparatus includes an outwardly extending curving davit having an elevated and radially outwardly extending end supporting, at an eyelet, a fall arrester.
