Apparatuses, systems, and methods relate to limiting torque applied to a rear axle. A vehicle includes a frame, a front tractive assembly coupled to the frame, a rear tractive assembly coupled to the frame, a prime mover coupled to the frame, a front tractive sensor, an output sensor, and a controller. The front tractive assembly includes a front axle. The rear tractive assembly includes a rear axle. The prime mover drives the front tractive assembly and the rear tractive assembly to propel the vehicle. The front tractive sensor collects data indicating a front power usage. The output sensor collects data indicating a power output of the prime mover. The controller is communicatively coupled to the front tractive sensor, the output sensor, and the prime mover. The controller de-rates the prime mover when the power output equals a sum of the power threshold and the front power usage.

Apparatus, system, and method for rear axle torque limiting

An adjustable steering stop includes a chassis stop configured to be coupled to a chassis member of a vehicle and a knuckle stop configured to be coupled to a steering knuckle. The chassis stop and the knuckle stop together define a steering limit location where the knuckle stop contacts the chassis stop. The adjustable steering stop further includes an adjustment actuator coupled to one of the chassis stop or the knuckle stop to move the chassis stop or the knuckle stop thereby changing the steering limit location.

An axle assembly includes a connection assembly having a stationary portion and a rotary portion. The stationary portion is configured to couple to an inlet airflow assembly configured to be non-movably coupled to a beam housing, the rotary portion is configured to couple to an outlet airflow assembly configured to be non-movably coupled to a steering knuckle, the stationary portion forms a cavity configured to facilitate flow of pressurized air from the inlet airflow assembly to the rotary portion, and the rotary portion forms an airflow path configured to facilitate flow of the pressurized air from the cavity to the outlet airflow assembly.

Axle assembly having a tire inflation system

A work vehicle includes a chassis. An independent linear suspension system couples to the chassis. The independent linear suspension system includes a driveshaft that couples to the chassis and to a transmission. A wheel hub couples to the driveshaft and rotates a wheel in response to rotation of the driveshaft. A spindle couples to the wheel hub. A spindle carrier couples to the spindle. The spindle carrier defines a first aperture and a second aperture. A first pin extends through the first aperture. A second pin extends through the second aperture. The first pin and the second pin block rotation of the spindle carrier. The spindle carrier moves linearly along the first pin and the second pin.

Independent linear suspension system

A sealing system includes a shaft seal plate, a seal guide having a tab, and a shaft seal coupled to the seal guide. A guide slot is formed in the shaft seal plate, and the tab extends into the guide slot. The shaft seal is configured to form and substantially maintain a seal at an axle bar as the axle bar rotates and pivots. The seal guide is configured to translate relative to the shaft seal plate as the axle bar pivots, and the tab is configured to block a rotation of the seal guide and the shaft seal relative to the shaft seal plate as the axle bar rotates.

Sealing system for a moving shaft

A clutch assembly for a transmission of an agricultural work vehicle. The clutch assembly includes a housing, a clutch pack located within the housing, a piston chamber located within the housing, and a multipart piston located within and slidable relative to the piston chamber. The multipart piston is operably connected to the clutch pack for engaging and disengaging the clutch pack. The multipart piston includes a lower piston extension part. The clutch assembly further includes a balance chamber that is located within the housing. The lower boundary wall of the balance chamber and the lower boundary wall of the piston chamber are radially separated from one another by a substantial distance. The lower piston extension part is located within the balance chamber for adding to a collective surface area of the balance chamber.

Multipart balanced piston clutch

An alignment tool for a work vehicle includes: an axle housing connecting portion having a housing mating feature configured to mount to a respective mating feature of an axle housing; and a steering knuckle connecting portion coupled with the axle housing connecting portion and having a knuckle mating feature configured to mount to a respective mating feature of a steering knuckle, the steering knuckle connecting portion being coupled to the axle housing connecting portion and angled with respect to the axle housing connecting portion such that the housing mating feature is mountable to the mating feature of the axle housing and the knuckle mating feature is mountable to the mating feature of the steering knuckle only when the steering knuckle is at a fully steered position.

Alignment tool for steering knuckle in a work vehicle

An axle assembly for a work vehicle includes: a frame housing; a differential housed in the frame housing; an axle carrier coupled to the frame housing; an axle partially disposed in the axle carrier and coupled to the differential; and a tire inflation pack including: a fixed portion coupled to the axle carrier and comprising a pack fluid inlet that is configured to fluidly couple to a pressurized gas source and a fixed opening holding the axle therein, the fixed portion being configured to allow rotation of the axle in the fixed opening without rotating; and a rotatable portion rotatably coupled to the fixed portion and comprising a pack fluid outlet that is fluidly coupled to the pack fluid inlet and a rotatable opening holding the axle therein, the rotatable portion being fluidly sealed with the fixed portion and configured to rotate with the axle.

A suspension system for a work vehicle includes an axle bar, an inner control member, an outer control member, and a slide housing. The axle bar extends through the inner control member, the outer control member, and the slide housing. The axle bar is non-rotatably coupled to the slide housing and is configured to pivot with the slide housing and relative to the inner control member and the outer control member.

Suspension system for a work vehicle

A vehicle including a chassis and a planetary gear assembly supported by the chassis. The planetary gear assembly includes a planetary carrier having a carrier locking feature, at least one planetary gear, at least one pin supporting the at least one planetary gear and including at least one pin locking feature, and at least one thrust washer coupled to and supported by the at least one pin. The at least one thrust washer includes a first locking member engaging with the carrier locking feature, which prevents the at least one thrust washer from rotating, and a second locking member engaging with the at least one pin locking feature such that the at least one thrust washer prevents the at least one pin from rotating and axially sliding.

Planetary gear assembly

An agricultural vehicle including a front axle assembly having an axle beam with a slot, a wheel assembly including a steering knuckle coupled to a wheel flange assembly, and a steering sensor pin assembly is provided. The steering sensor pin assembly includes a steering sensor pin having a first end and a second end opposite the first end having a flat face, and a kingpin connected to the steering knuckle. The kingpin has a top surface, a bottom surface, and a hole from the top surface to the bottom surface. The hole is aligned with the slot in the axle beam, and the steering sensor pin is positioned in the hole for coupling the kingpin to the axle beam via the flat face of the steering sensor pin being coupled to the slot.
