Embodiments of an outdoor cooking station having a main body and a griddle with a hood pivotably coupled to the griddle are provided. For safety purposes, the griddle is removably secured to an upper portion of the main body with the legs of the griddle positioned within apertures defined in an upward facing surface of the upper portion of the main body.

Griddle cooking station and method thereof

A solid pellet fueled apparatus having a duel auger system and multi/high speed auger motor is disclosed. The duel auger may include first and second auger blades mounted on a single auger shaft having blade pitches configured to convey solid fuel in opposite directions towards a central burn pot. Each auger blade may service a separate solid fuel compartment provided in a single hopper. The auger motor may have a high-speed setting that may be selected for solid fuel clean out.

The system may include an electronic controller paired to a wireless temperature probe and a wireless monitor device capable of storing and recharging the wireless temperature probe. A solid pellet fueled apparatus for imparting a smoke flavor to food items is disclosed. The apparatus may include an enclosed housing having an upper food chamber and a lower drawer. The lower drawer may include a pan for receiving water ice and a pellet burning system. Cool smokey air generated by the contents of the lower drawer rises through the food chamber to impart a smoke flavor to food.

Embodiments of a pressure regulator for delivering gas to a cooking station. The pressure regulator includes a body defining a gas inlet and a gas outlet. The body also includes a knob coupled to the body, the knob manually rotatable about an axis defined by the knob. The pressure regulator also includes a lever arm within the body. The lever arm extends to an end portion positioned adjacent the gas inlet, the lever arm pivotable via rotation of the knob such that rotation of the knob adjusts gas flow pressure through the body between about 11 inches of water column and about 8.5 inches of water column.

Embodiments of a cooking station having a main body and a griddle with a hood pivotably coupled to the griddle are provided. The hood is pivotably moveable between closed and fully open positions. Further, the hood is removable from the griddle to be positioned, for example, along a rear side of the main body in a low-profile position such that the hood may be suspended from the griddle with a hook structure.

Portable baking oven

A solid pellet fueled heater having a base unit with forced air blowers and a dual tube chimney structure is disclosed. The dual tube chimney structure may be used to warm incoming air for distribution around the heater. The pellet heater may also include a dual auger system and multi/high speed auger motor. The dual auger may include first and second auger blades mounted on a single auger shaft having blade pitches configured to convey solid fuel in opposite directions.

The outdoor cooking station includes a pivoting hood to move the hood between closed and open positions. In one embodiment, upon the hood being in the closed position, the hood includes a vertically oriented surface with openings to vent the heated smoke.

Outdoor cooking station for smoking food and method thereof

A portable baking oven has an upper portion and a lower portion that define a baking chamber. A baking chamber opening may be defined entirely by the oven upper portion. The upper portion may pivot away from the lower portion to allow access to the interior of the oven for cleaning. The oven may include a gas-powered infrared bottom burner and a gas-powered curved back burner.

A griddle having a grease management system and independent cooking zones is disclosed. The griddle may have a cooking surface back wall with an opening provided therein for grease removal. A grease drip flange may extend away from the cooking surface at a downward angle at or near the back wall opening. A removable grease receptacle having a pivotable handle, as well as a squeegee element, may be provided below the grease drip flange. The independent cooking zones may be provided by burner assemblies having front and rear burners that provide different levels of heat using a single dual gas control valve.
