A stamp plate () and a device for producing shell-shaped goods for consumption made of a food mass, in particular a fat mass such as cocoa or a chocolate-type fat mass. The stamp plate comprises a substantially flat base body () and at least one stamp () which can be temperature controlled and is arranged on the base body (). The at least one stamp (), during the intended use, can be immersed into a cavity () of a mold () in which the food mass is located, and the cavity corresponding to the stamp (). At least one additional raised element () is arranged on the base body () as a spacer () for the mold ().

The invention relates to a device for processing an edible product in the form of a viscous to pasty mass, in particular, an edible product based on a fatty mass, such as chocolate, or based on water, such as ice cream. Said device comprises dosing units (D, D) for the dosed supply of a specific volume of the mass to a bearing surface. Said dosing units (D, D) comprise, respectively, a dosing piston () which is mounted in a piston chamber, whereby the dosing piston () moves at least in a rotational manner about the piston axis thereof (A). A first plurality of dosing units (D) are arranged on a first plane, and a second plurality of dosing units (D) are arranged on a second plane. The dosing piston () of the dosing units (D), which are arranged on the first plane (D), are rotationally driven by means of a first drive element (), and the dosing piston () of the dosing units (D), which are arranged on the second plane, are rotationally driven by means of a second drive element ().

The invention relates to a device for producing goods for consumption, consisting of a fat mass, in particular a fat mass containing cocoa or a chocolate-type fat mass, said goods contains a large number of hollow moulds () that can be filled with the fat mass (M) when the latter has been heated and is in a free-flowing state, the moulds being configured as depressions in a mould block (). The inner surface of each hollow mould () shell-shaped goods for consumption that are to be produced. The device also comprises a plurality of die-type cooling bodies (), which are displaceably mounted on a suspension device (), a respective cooling body () being lowered into a respective hollow mould () and the outer surface of the respective cooling body () determining the inner surface of the shell-shaped goods for consumption (M) that are to be produced. Device for manufacturing feedstuff molded into shells

The invention relates to a device for processing an edible product in the form a viscous to pasty mass (), especially an edible product based on a fat mass, such as chocolate, or based on water, such as ice cream. Said device comprises a dosing unit () for the dosed delivery of a specific volume of the mass () to shaping units (). The movement of the displacement element () determining the dosage volume is performed via servo drive () while an inlet () and an outlet () are closed and opened via servo drive or pneumatic drive, respectively. Preferably, the displacement element is embodied as a combined lifting/rotating plunger () which can perform a linear movement for a suctioning lift and a dosing lift while being able to perform a rotary movement for opening and closing the inlet () and the outlet (), i.e. a valve function.
