A lock for a food container of the type having a lower front flap and a partially-overlapping upper front flap, comprises an elongated body that has a tapered front end, a rear end, and a transverse stop disposed between the front end and the rear end. The front end of the elongated body has at least one angled resilient flange that has have a distal end adapted to flex towards the body temporarily in a compressed position when under force. Thereafter the at least one flange springs back to a natural position once inserted through front flap apertures of the container, inhibiting the removal thereof without breaking a perforated section or an otherwise frangible section of the container, thereby leaving evidence that the container has been opened. An embodiment that includes a clasp for receiving the front end of the body with a bag therebetween is also disclosed.

Tamper-evident container lock

A paint dispensing and storage kit includes a tubular paint dispensing body defining a body chamber and having opposed open and closed ends. A plunger is positioned in the body chamber for movement between inserted and extended configurations. A dispenser tip is operatively connected to the closed end through which paint is drawn into or dispensed from the body chamber upon operation of the plunger. The kit includes a cap removably attachable to the dispenser tip for preventing paint flow therethrough. The kit also includes a plurality of applicator tips for selective attachment to the dispenser tip. The kit further includes a reservoir for storing excess paint, the reservoir being a separate container, a paint cartridge, or integrated with the dispenser body for communicating excess paint therebetween.

Display container

A container is provided to hold and display a group of fragile articles, such as candles. The container comprises an open-topped box having a rectangular bottom and upright front, back and end walls. Each of the end walls has an upwardly projecting extension the width of which is substantially one-half that of the end wall. One of these upward extensions is adjacent to the front wall and the other is adjacent to the rear wall. The inner edges of these extensions are joined to the opposite edges of a partition wall that lies in a plane parallel to and midway between the front and back of the box. The upward extensions and the partition thus cooperate to form a pair of back-to-back vertical compartments above the top of the box, each having a back formed by the partition wall and one side formed by one of the extensions. Articles set vertically into the box have their upper portions received in the vertical compartments to be supported thereby in upright arrangement exposed to view and to inspection. Suitable wrappings that are preferably transparent are placed around exposed portions of the articles and the container to secure them together.

Display package for tapered candles

A process for dyeing the shells of eggs by applying a dry granular dyeing medium to the hydrated shell. The dyeing medium includes dye and rock salt. The shell may be wetted in whole or in part prior to applying the dyeing medium with water or vinegar. The process may be done in a plastic bag or by sprinkling the dyeing medium onto the wetted shell.

Method for decorating the shells of eggs

A greeting card which includes a folding, three-dimensional hanging ornament that can be punched out of panels of the card while the greeting itself can be separated for reference and saving, and the ornament may be hung for decorative purposes. The combination provides an attractive remembrance and combines the usefulness of a three-dimensional decoration and with the ability to preserve the greeting in card form.

A greeting card which includes an ornament that can be folded into a three-dimensional bird cage, with small paper board birds that protrude partly from the sides, and which card can include a separate panel for containing a greeting that may be separated from the other panels in which the bird cage is contained as a punch out ornament. The combination provides an attractive three-dimensional ornament that can be used for hanging in appropriate places, as well as a remembrance type card.

A greeting card includes a three dimensional hanging ornament comprising a star-like configuration that is erected in a unique manner after it has been punched out from the card. The card is oriented to provide a greeting message on one panel, which can be removed for keeping, while the other panels form the punched out star and can be erected into a hanging ornament.
