A tool hanging system. The tool hanging system includes a power tool having a mount receiving portion. A mounting attachment is engaged with the mount receiving portion. The mounting attachment includes a first portion adjacent to the power tool and an overhang portion spaced apart from and opposite the first portion. A groove is located between the first portion and the overhang portion. The mounting attachment also includes a peg board projection, the peg board projection projecting away from the power tool and past the overhang portion. The peg board projection engages with a pegboard.

Wall hanging system

A tool hanging system including a first tool having a first mount receiving portion and a second tool having a second mount receiving portion. A first mounting attachment is engaged with the first mount receiving portion and a second mounting attachment engaged with the second mount receiving portion. The tool hanging system further includes a wall panel. The first mounting attachment can hang on the wall panel so that the first tool is hung on the wall panel and the second mounting attachment can hang on the wall panel so that the second tool is hung on the wall panel.

A tool operable to expand an end of a pipe, such as PEX pipe, has a jaw assembly with jaws movable between a closed position and an expanded position and rotatable about a longitudinal axis. A motor drives an output spindle driven by the motor, which in turn drives a radial cam. A wedge is movable by the radial cam in a reciprocating motion along the axis, causing the wedge to move between a first position where the jaws are in the closed position and a second position where the jaws are in the expanded position. A rotating ring is mounted on the wedge and connected to the jaws. The rotating ring is driven by the output spindle for rotating the jaws about the axis.

A vacuum electronic power tool sense system senses the operation of a power tool that is plugged into an auxiliary outlet box and the vacuum source is automatically operated to facilitate user clean-up of debris generated by use of the power tool. The auxiliary outlet box can be removably mounted to the vacuum housing.

A vacuum may include a housing defining a suction inlet opening and a debris chamber in communication with the suction inlet opening, a suction device disposed in the housing for providing a vacuum pressure to the inlet opening, a filter disposed in an airflow path between the suction inlet opening and the suction device, and a motor driving a device for disengaging debris from the filter. The device for disengaging debris from the filter may include at least one finger disposed on a belt or a rake. The device for disengaging debris from the filter may include a vibration device that induces a vibration in the filter. A controller can allow electric current to actuate the device for disengaging debris from the filter. The controller can have a plurality of operational modes.

Vacuum filter cleaning device

A vacuum is provided with multiple exhaust points which provide for quieter, lower velocity discharge of the air from the vacuum source. The multiple exhaust points are supplied from a radially extending chamber that is defined between upper and lower panels. The radially extending chamber has both vertical and radial sections that operate to slow the velocity of the exhaust air to reduce the noise generated by the vacuum.

A vacuum can include a housing having an inlet adapted to receive debris being vacuumed. A mounting bar can be fixedly coupled to the housing. A floor collector assembly can be rotatably disposed about a first axis defined by the mounting bar. The floor collector assembly can include a first debris-passing member coupled to the mounting bar, a second debris-passing member rotatably coupled to the first debris-passing member and a third debris-passing member removably coupled to the second debris-passing member. The first debris-passing member can define an opening. The floor collector assembly can be operable in a plurality of modes. In a first mode, the opening can be substantially perpendicular relative to a vacuumed surface. In a second mode, the second debris-passing member can be rotated relative to the first debris-passing member about a second axis such that the opening is at an acute angle relative to the vacuumed surface.

Wet and/or dry vacuum with floor collector

A vacuum is provided with a removable filter tray that allows a user to access the filter without having to disassemble the vacuum. The filter can then be changed or cleaned and easily replaced without disassembly of the vacuum.

A vacuum including a housing and a suction device disposed within the housing is provided with hose and power cord storage features. A pivotal inlet coupling facilitates storage of the hose. A separately formed inlet body facilitates easier formation of the inlet. A cord wrap feature allows easier storage and removal of the power cord.

A power tool includes a flux ring with an annular member. At least one molded magnet is received on the annular member. An anchor is on the annular member to retain the at least one magnet on the annular member. The anchor is unitarily formed with the annular member to receive the magnet.

A power pack charging system includes a one-way compatible charger arrangement for use with multiple power pack types. In another aspect of the present invention, both of the power pack types can be used in a first charger but only one of the power pack types can be charged in a second charger.

An impact wrench having a speed limiting control circuit to allow an operator of the wrench to controllably limit the maximum speed of the wrench to a predetermined value when a trigger thereof is fully engaged. The impact wrench includes a manually adjustable speed limiting control protruding from an outer surface of the impact wrench which is conveniently manually adjustable. The speed limiting control is coupled to the wiper arm of a speed limiting potentiometer which is electrically coupled to a speed control circuit within the impact wrench. The speed limiting potentiometer limits the maximum speed of the motor of the impact wrench (and thus the maximum torque which can be generated by the impact wrench 10) to an operator selected percentage of the maximum motor speed which would otherwise be produced when the trigger is fully engaged. In the preferred embodiment the speed limiting potentiometer is electrically coupled in series between a capacitor and speed control potentiometer, which are each coupled to a 555 CMOS timer which controls the duty cycle of an FET used to drive the motor. The speed limiting potentiometer enables the operator to further limit the maximum duty cycle of the output of the timer, which is a pulse-width-modulated like output, to a percentage of that which would otherwise be produced when the trigger is fully engaged.
