A filter device has a filter housing (), in which a replaceable filter element () is accommodated. The filter housing has a cover part (), wherein the element material () of the filter element () extends between two end caps () of the filter element. The filter housing () is formed as an outlet pipe (). The element material and the outlet pipe extend between both end caps ().

Filter device

A filter device for the filtration of fluids has a filter housing (), which can be closed by a cover (), and has a filter element () accommodated in a replaceable manner in the filter housing. At least one functional element is present on the cover () and on the filter housing () and on the filter element () in such a way that the filtration of the fluid is only possible when all functional elements interact simultaneously.

Filter device together with filter element

A filter device has a filter housing (), in which a replaceable filter element () is accommodated, and has a filter head () for securing the filter housing () to a third component, such as a tank wall () of a storage tank. The filter housing () is mounted on the filter head () in an articulated manner by a bearing () providing more than one degree of freedom.

A filter device has a filter element () received in a filter housing of at least two interconnectable housing parts (). The filter element () can be fixed to a housing part () in a removable manner by one screw connection (). An additional screw connection () is provided for connecting the housing parts (). To transmit a torque between threaded elements () of the one screw connection () and of the additional screw connection (), the threaded elements are rotatable relative to each other. A coupling device () is added that allows an additional rotational movement of the threaded element () of the additional screw connection () when the threaded element () of the one screw connection () reaches the fixed rotational state.

Filter device with coupling element

A filter device has a filter housing () with a filter head (), a filter pot () and a removable housing cover part () and has a filter element () separating a non-filtrate side () from a filtrate side () in the housing. A bypass valve device has a valve closure element () preloaded by a closing spring () into a closed position in which it bears against a valve seat part (). If the filter element () is blocked, the closure element opens up a fluid path from the non-filtrate side () to the filtrate side (), by passing the filter element (). The valve closure element () and the closing spring () are on the cover part (). The valve seat part () is on an element cap () of the filter element (). The element cap has a receiving part () forming an enclosure for that end of the filter material () of the filter element () facing toward the cover part ().

A filter apparatus includes a filter housing having a filter head () and a filter bowl (). The housing accommodates a filter element that separates a non-filtrate side () from a filtrate side (). A differential pressure measurement device () indicates at least a blockage of the filter element during filtration operation and has a measurement piston () that is guided in a measurement housing () in a longitudinally displaceable manner. An end face () of that piston is subjected to the instantaneous pressure of the non-filtrate side (). The opposite end face of the piston is subjected to the instantaneous pressure of the filtrate side (). Each instantaneous pressure passes into the measurement housing () via at least one conduit (). At least a section () of the conduit is arranged in an element cap () of the filter element.

Filter apparatus

A filter device includes a filter element (), through which a fluid to be purified can flow at a determinable fluid operating pressure, and which can be accommodated in a housing (). The fluid pressure prevailing at the respective filter element () may exhibit pressure increases or pressure peaks, which are damaging to the filter element (), and in particular to its filter material (), and which can be reduced and/or smoothened by a compensation device acting directly on the filter element () and having a flexible compensation element () that enables the volume of the fluid chamber of the housing () to be increased in accordance with a pressure peak or pressure increase. The flexible compensation element () is arranged between the outer side of the filter material () of the filter element () and the adjacent inner wall of the housing ().

An assembly forms a seal between components () having sealing zones (). The sealing zones face each other in a functional position of the components. A sealing element () is on the sealing zone () of one component (). A sealing surface () is on the sealing zone () of the other component () to form a radial seal. The components () can be brought into the functional position by a relative movement in the axial direction. The sealing element () sealingly interacts with the sealing surface () in the functional position. A third component () associated with an actuating part () acts on the sealing element () in the functional position of the components () to deform the element to increase the sealing force.

Arrangement for forming a seal

A device for the suction filtration of fluids, such as urea solutions for exhaust gas after-treatment systems, has a tank () storing the fluid, and a filter element () arranged in the tank and provided with a filter medium () separating the tank contents from a clean-side inner filter cavity (). The filter cavity extends from the bottom () of the tank () to a filling level height () and corresponds to a part of the filling volume of the tank (). On the filter cavity (), a suction connection () discharges the cleaned fluid by a suction pressure corresponding to a system operating pressure. The filter element () is provided with a filter medium (), which is air-impermeable if suction pressures are within the range of a low system operating pressure.

Device for the suction filtration of fluids

A filtering device includes multiple filtering elements () with bodies defining longitudinal axes. The filtering elements () are arranged adjacent to one another in a housing such that the longitudinal axes extend parallel to one another. The bodies of at least some of the filtering elements () have a shape that deviates from a circular cylinder at at least one part of the body length. The filtering elements () with bodies having a shape deviating from a circular cylinder have a cross-sectional size at least partially changing from one end to the other end. The filtering elements are oriented in the housing such that the regions of a larger cross-section are associated with the regions of a smaller cross-section in adjacent filtering elements.

Filtering device

A filter device includes a filter element () received in a housing (). The housing can be closed by a cover part () having fluid ducts (). A connecting unit is provided to create a fluid-conducting connection between the filter element () and an associated fluid duct () of the cover part (). The connecting unit is in the form of a coupling having a movable coupling part () creating the fluid connection in the functional state.

Filter device and filter element

A system for ventilating and venting containers containing a fluid volume, such as gearboxes containing an oil filling, has a line system connecting the container to the atmosphere. Upon changes in the volumes in the container due to temperature changes, pressure is equalized. The line system contains a separating housing () in which a separating medium () having oleophobic and hydrophobic properties separates a first space () connected to the container from a second space () connected to the atmosphere. Line connections () on the separating housing () are provided such that liquid-phase substances on opposite sides of the separating medium () can flow out of the first space () to the container and can drain out of the second space () to the atmosphere.

System for ventilating and venting containers containing a fluid volume

The invention relates to a filter device having at least one filter element () comprising a filter medium () disposed between two receiving parts () and a connecting device located at the lower receiving part () for a fluid connection to a fluid device, in particular to a fluid tank (), having a connecting part () disposed on the connecting device, said connecting part being pretensioned by the action of a first energy store () for a motion away from the upper receiving part () into a closed position blocking the connecting device, having a further, second energy store () for generating a relative motion between the lower receiving part () and a closing-off part () of the device, and having a sealing device () sealing between the lower receiving part () and the closing-off part () as soon as said part and the lower receiving part () make contact with each other under the influence of the second energy store ().

A filter device having a filter element () forming a body extending along a longitudinal axis received in a housing () closed by a cover part (). A sealing arrangement () is provided to form a fluid-tight seal between the housing () and the cover part (). The sealing arrangement () is a component of a filter element () and is fixed to a sealing carrier () rigidly connected to the filter element.

A filter device has a filter housing (), at least one filter element () received in the filter housing () and an inner fluid space () limited by a filter medium () through which the fluid to be cleaned can flow. The filter medium separates the inner fluid space () from an exterior fluid space () located in the filter housing (). The filter housing () has a fluid inlet () and a fluid outlet for cleaned fluid. A fluid guide device () is connected downstream to the fluid inlet () and can be optionally retrofitted to form a flow path between the fluid inlet () and the exterior fluid space () or between the fluid inlet () and the inner fluid space () disposed in the filter element ().
