Naftopidil,1-(2-methoxyphenyl)-4-[3-(naphth-1-yloxy)-2-hydroxypropyl)]-pipe razine, or of a salt thereof, is effective in the treatment of dysuria, particularly in causes of prostatic hypertrophy.
