A magneto coupler for magnetic coupling of signal lines. The magneto coupler includes a circuit board including a first and second electrical connecting devices for connecting a first and second signal lines, respectively, and a semiconductor chip situated on the circuit board. The magneto coupler includes at least one transmitter coil situated in the area of the semiconductor chip, designed to generate a magnetic field based on an electrical signal received via the first electrical connecting device, and a magnetic field-sensitive sensor situated on the semiconductor chip and electrically insulated from the transmitter coil using an insulation barrier, for detecting the magnetic field generated by the transmitter coil and for outputting an electrical signal as a function of the detected magnetic field on the second electrical connecting device. The transmitter coil is situated on the circuit board, while the semiconductor chip is situated above the transmitter coil.

Magneto coupler for magnetic coupling of signal lines

A connecting element having a measuring device for a force measurement for a vehicle seat is provided. The connecting element has signal output means in a first housing part, and a measuring device in a second housing part. The measuring device itself has a holder including circuit traces for a sensor system. The sensor system and the at least two electrical components are integrally mounted on the circuit traces. The signal output means are electrically connected to the circuit traces in a force-decoupled manner.

Connecting element

A current sensor for measuring a current in a conductor includes two magnetic field sensors located adjacent to the conductor. The magnetic field sensors are at least two-dimensional magnetic field sensors having two measuring directions, thereby facilitating compensation for an inhomogeneous interference field.

A dynamometer element including a bolt on which a diaphragm is mounted, the diaphragm being surrounded by a sleeve, to which a force component to be measured is applied perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the bolt, the sleeve being spaced from the bolt in such a way that the diaphragm is strained as a function of the force component, a sensor system for measuring the strain being provided on the diaphragm.

A joining element is proposed which, for force measurement, senses a relative motion between a magnet system and a magnet sensor apparatus. The magnet system is disposed with respect to the magnet sensor apparatus in such a way that a component of the magnetic field perpendicular to the relative motion is linearized.

A connection element and a method for positioning a magnetic field sensor suite into the zero line of a magnetic field is provided, the measuring of the force being achieved by a displacement between a magnet and the magnetic field sensor suite. The magnetic field sensor suite is supported on a holder in such a way that the magnetic field sensor suite is achieved into the zero line of the magnetic field of the magnet.

Connection element

A force measurement element measures an introduced force by means of a double flexural beam and a displacement sensor. The double flexural beam makes possible a double spring shape that makes possible an optimization with regard to elongation distribution.

Force measurement element

A device and method for measuring at least one of a force component and a torque component. The device includes a deformation member, for measuring at least one of a force component and torque component, a separate measuring element, configured to measure at least one force component, and an electronics unit, connected to the measuring element configured to evaluate a measuring signal of the measuring element. The deformation member includes a base part and at least one tongue movable with respect to the base part. The base part is arranged so that a gap between the measuring element and the tongue has a gap width variable in response to the force component introduced onto the deformation member. The measuring element is configured to convert a change in the gap width into a measuring signal. The method includes the step of changing the gap width between the tongue and the measuring element by introducing the force component into the deformation member. The method further includes the step of detecting the change in the gap width by the measuring element. The method further includes the step of directing the measuring signal by the measuring element to the electronics unit for further processing as a function of the change in the gap width.
