An ON/OFF switch arrangement is for a display screen pivotably mounted within a motor vehicle. The arrangement includes a mounting bracket retaining the display screen and pivotably attached to the motor vehicle such that the mounting bracket may be pivoted about an axis. A switch assembly includes a rotor attached to the mounting bracket. A contactor is attached to the rotor. A base is attached to the motor vehicle such that the rotor and the contactor rotate about the axis relative to the base when the mounting bracket is pivoted. The base has two spaced apart electrical contacts. The contactor electrically interconnects the two contacts within a first range of rotational positions of the rotor, and the contactor does not interconnect the two contacts within a second range of rotational positions of the rotor.

On/off switch arrangement for a pivotable display screen in a motor vehicle

A mounting bracket assembly includes a mounting base and a plurality of arms extending down from the mounting base. A first arm of the plurality of arms includes a first pair of inwardly facing hooks coupled to the first arm and defining a first torsion spring receiver area. The first arm of the plurality of arms includes a first spring coil ramp disposed along a bottom end of the first arm and extending radially inward from the first arm at a first angle. A second arm of the plurality of arms includes a second pair of inwardly facing hooks coupled to the second arm and defining a second torsion spring receiver area. The second arm of the plurality of arms includes a second spring coil ramp disposed along a bottom end of the second arm and extending radially inward from the second arm at a second angle.

Systems, methods, and devices for providing a torsion spring bracket assembly for use in cylindrical luminaire housings

A curved wall, square-shaped reflector assembly includes multiple reflector wall sections and multiple enclosure wall sections. Each reflector wall section is slidably coupled to a respective enclosure wall section by positioning a top reflector flange of the reflector wall section above a top support flange of the enclosure wall section and aligning alignment features on the enclosure wall section with holes on the reflector wall section. In addition, a bottom flange of the reflector wall section is positioned below a bottom edge of the enclosure wall section, thereby providing a consistent tension along the wall surface of the reflector wall section. Each enclosure wall section includes flange members on opposing side edges. Each of the combined reflector-enclosure wall sections are positioned orthogonal to one-another and coupled together along the adjacent flanges from the adjacent enclosure wall sections with rivets. The assembly reduces light leak without damaging the reflector surface.
