A patient support facility including at least one patient support plate and at least two supports for the patient support plate. Each of the supports are configured to be mobile has an autonomous drive module with a chassis permitting movements and rotations in all horizontal directions, a drive facility, and a control unit. The patient support facility includes a control facility that is configured to operate the drive modules in a coordinated and individual manner.

An examination or treatment facility includes a C-arm, movable along a circular path relative to a bracket supporting the arm. In an embodiment, the C-arm includes a bent carrier with a U-shaped cross-section, movable on a guidance facility provided on the bracket. The carrier is accommodated in a covering part with a C-shaped cross-section. The covering part includes its open side directed toward the guidance facility and is closed via flexible sealing elements, movable apart by the guidance facility.

Examination or treatment facility comprising a C-arm

A carrying device is disclosed for a retaining device for an X-ray tube assembly and an X-ray detector of an X-ray system. The carrying device includes a suspension device; a first carrier element arranged on the suspension device; a second carrier element; a first connecting element, the second carrier element being connected to the first carrier element via the first connecting element; a third carrier element connectable to the retaining device; and a second connecting element, the third carrier element being connected to the second carrier element via the second connecting element. In an embodiment, the first connecting element and/or the second connecting element include a revolute joint. Further, the distance between the suspension device and the first connecting element is variable via the first carrier element, and the distance between the first connecting element and the second connecting element is variable via the second carrier element.

Carrying device

A patient couch for a medical diagnosis and/or treatment device includes a metal-free fluoroscopy section and at least two couch sections that are connected to each other in an articulated manner and may be pivoted relative to each other using a motor-driven adjustment mechanism. The adjustment mechanism is arranged outside of the metal-free fluoroscopy section.

An x-ray system having a C-armand an associated method are provided. The x-ray system includes at least one adjustment unit for at least one component of the x-ray system that is actively connected to the C-arm. The at least one adjustment unit compensates for a spatial change in position of the component caused by deformation and/or oscillation of the C-arm.

An x-ray system is provided. The x-ray system includes an x-ray emitter which can be adjusted by at least one arm as a first x-ray component and a recording system which can be adjusted independently of the at least one arm. The recording system may be adjusted by at least one additional arm as the further x-ray component. The two arms can be pivotably mounted about a common axis of rotation.

X-ray system

A multi-functional X-ray examination has a base, a guide rail attached to the base and two trucks that are attached to the guide rail and are movable along the guide rail. An X-ray exposure system is movable in the longitudinal direction with the first truck, and a patient support mechanism is movable in the longitudinal direction with the second truck. The two trucks can be driven along the guide rail independently of one another.

Medical X-ray examination device

A multiple examination arrangement has a number of imaging systems, including at least an angiography system, a CT system and an MR system arranged in a room such that a patient lying on a patient bearing table can be selectively examined without repositioning in one of the imaging systems by a relative movement of the carrier of the imaging systems and the patient support table.

X-ray diagnostic apparatus has a beam transmitter and beam receiver mounted opposite one another on a curved holder. In a first operating mode, the curved holder is formed by at least a first circular ring segment on which the beam transmitter and the beam receiver are mounted. In a second operating mode, a second circular ring segment is coupled to the first circular ring segment so that a closed ring results. Displacement arrangements, as well as energy supply connections, are provided for the beam transmitter and the beam receiver, and a signal transmission arrangement for the beam receiver is provided, so that the beam transmitter and the beam receiver can be controlled, positioned opposite one another, so as to rotate around an examination subject. With this X-ray diagnostic apparatus, both transirradiation exposures and computed tomography exposures can be produced.

A support member for at least one piece of heavy medical equipment in a medical diagnostic station is made of fiber-reinforced plastic, and has a cross section which is longer in one direction than the other. The fiber-reinforced plastic serves as a shell surrounding a molding member, which may be lightweight plastic material, such that the fiber-reinforced plastic bears the loading on the member. The support member may be disposed for adjustable movement along its length by having metal guides received in the rollers of a carriage.

An x-ray examination apparatus which enables free access to the patient in interventional radiology given a simple structural format has an x-ray radiator and an x-ray image intensifier at least one of which is adjustable on a spherical surface. To this end, at least one of these components, such as the x-ray image intensifier is suspended by a telescopically extendable circular arc section so as to be adjustable in a circumferential direction. The arc section is adjustable in ceiling rails extending perpendicular to the surface defined by the arc section. The suspended component is held in a holder so as to be pivotable around a transverse axis and the holder is longitudinally displaceable.

X-ray examination apparatus

The diaphragm plates are individually adjustable in two-dimensional fashion. Semi-transparent diaphragm sections at the edges of the diaphragm plates limiting the radiation are adjustable perpendicular to the respective edge with a lever linkage such that the semi-transparent region becomes larger when the diaphragm is closed. A feedback control unit is present for operation. This feedback control unit has two operating pieces as an operating mechanism, which are displaceable by a user to positions similar to the diaphragm plates, and are electrically coupled to the feedback control unit to cause movement of the diaphragm plates to a position corresponding to the position of the operating plates.
