An electromagnetic element for an electric machine, having multiple slots arranged in the circumferential direction of the electromagnetic element, said slots extending in the axial direction of the electromagnetic element and having an open side in the radial direction. A coil device is arranged in the slots, said coil device having winding heads on (at least) one axial end face of the electromagnetic element, and a cooling channel is formed in the slots in order to dispense heat from the coil device using a fluid. A wall element is also provided which has a first region that is arranged in the region of the winding head in the circumferential direction. and a second region of the wall element, said second region adjoining the first region and having teeth which extend in the axial direction and are arranged on the open side of the slots in the intermediate spaces between the slots in the circumferential direction.

A rotor of an electric rotating machine, more particularly an axial flux machine, and an electric rotating machine equipped therewith. The rotor of the electric rotating machine, more particularly an axial flux machine, includes a plurality of magnets and a magnet carrier for fixing the magnets, with which carrier the magnets are positioned on a periphery with respect to a hub of the rotor. The magnet carrier extends radially outwards further than the magnets and has a first axial width at the periphery of the positioning of the magnets and forms a widened portion radially outside the magnets which has a second axial width which is greater than the first axial width. Using the rotor proposed here and the electric rotating machine equipped therewith, devices can be provided which, in a simple and cost-effective manner, guarantee efficient and low-wear operation.

A method for producing a stator for an electrical machine, the stator having a substantially hollow-cylindrical stator core, which has a plurality of grooves spaced apart in a circumferential direction, the method including: providing at least one strip-shaped winding unit having a first winding conductor with a plurality of groove portions running straight in a transverse direction that are mutually parallel; fastening a first end of the winding unit to a lateral surface of a mandrel; winding the winding unit onto the mandrel such that it is bent around the lateral surface of the mandrel spirally; inserting the mandrel, together with the winding unit, into a cavity in the stator core; and unwinding the winding unit from the mandrel with the groove portions of the winding unit being inserted into the grooves of the stator core.

A stator for an electric machine, comprising a stator core and a stator winding, wherein the stator core has a plurality of slots, which are spaced apart in a circumferential direction and have a depth running in the radial direction, and allows the arrangement of slot sections of the stator winding in a plurality of radially spaced-apart radial positions, wherein the stator has a strip-like winding unit comprising a first and a second winding conductor, wherein the two winding conductors run in a first and a second layer of the winding unit and each comprises: a plurality of straight slot sections which run in a transverse direction of the winding unit and are arranged in parallel, a plurality of first bent end sections which each interconnect two slot sections of the associated winding conductor and are arranged on a first longitudinal side of the winding unit, a plurality of second bent end sections which each interconnect two slot sections of the associated winding conductor and are arranged on a second longitudinal side of the winding unit, which second longitudinal side is situated opposite the first longitudinal side, wherein, the first and the second bent end sections each interconnect a slot section of the associated winding conductor in the first layer and a slot section of the associated winding conductor in the second layer, wherein a first slot section is arranged in a first slot in a first radial position, and a second slot section, which is directly connected to the first slot section by a first end section, is arranged in a second slot in a second radial position which is offset by two radial positions in relation to the first radial position.

The production effort for electrical machines with pole teeth which are fitted with permanent magnets is intended to be reduced. A permanent magnet is inserted between two pole teeth halves () for this purpose. The two halves () are connected to one another with an interlock by means of a plastic sheath (). The plastic sheath () results in a dimensionally stable pocket (), in which the permanent magnet can subsequently be inserted. It is therefore possible to insert the permanent magnet as late as possible during the manufacturing process, thus reducing the overall production effort.

Electrical machine having plastic-sheathed pole teeth, and a corresponding method

Electrical machines having pole teeth which can be equipped with a permanent magnet are intended to be capable of being assembled more easily. Provision is made for this purpose for two pole tooth halves () to be provided for each pole tooth, each of which two pole tooth halves has two opposing end sides. At least one end-side plate (), which connects in each case one end side of the two pole tooth halves () to one another, is used for forming a pocket () between the two pole tooth halves (), into which pocket a permanent magnet can be inserted. A space for the permanent magnet can therefore be kept free during assembly of the pole tooth or during winding thereof. Since the permanent magnet only needs to be inserted into the pocket () relatively late, the entire assembly process can be simplified.

In a method for constructing a linear motor, each tooth of a plurality of teeth is provided with two separate tooth halves with removable tooth tips. After removing the tooth tips to expose an open end of the tooth halves, a prewound coil is pushed over the open end of the two tooth halves of each tooth up to an end position, and a magnet is inserted between the two tooth halves of each tooth. The tooth halves have a thickness between the open end and the end position which does not exceed a thickness of the tooth halves at the end position.

In the field of electrical linear motors, it is known to make more than one laminate core () having teeth (), wherein grooves () are designed between the teeth (). Until now, coils assigned to the laminate core are arranged on each laminate core. The invention is based on this background. Instead, each coil () is arranged with a first section in a groove () of a first laminate core () and with a second section in a groove () of a second laminate core (). The coils are consequently wound in an entirely different direction and now lie in a plane perpendicular to the direction of movement of the secondary part of the electrical linear motor.
