Brush head manufacturing method

A brush head () and a method for manufacturing a brush head. The method includes forming a plurality of retention elements () each having an opening () therethrough. The retention elements () are positioned into corresponding recesses of a plate. A bristle tuft () is inserted into each of the openings of the retention elements. A proximal end () of each bristle tuft is bonded to the corresponding proximal side of the retention element to form a merged proximal end head portion () that secures the bristle tufts and the corresponding retention elements together as a plurality of merged tuft assemblies (). A brush head () and a method () for manufacturing a brush head. The method () includes stamping () a plurality of openings () into a strip or roll of backing material (). A bristle tuft () is inserted into each of the openings in the backing material. A proximal end () of each bristle tuft is bonded to a proximal side () of the backing material to create a merged proximal end head portion (). Excess portions of the backing material are removed to form a plurality of carrier elements () about the openings from the backing material. The carrier elements form a plurality of merged tuft assemblies (). A platen () of a neck () is positioned in relation to the merged tuft assemblies. A matrix material () is injected around the platen and the merged tuft assemblies to at least partially encompass the platen and the carrier elements of the merged tuft assemblies.

Stamped brush heads and brush head stamping manufacturing methods

An anchor includes a rotatable anchor rod an anchor plate and an anchor nut. The screw thread in the anchor nut matches the screw thread of the anchor rod only over part of the screw thread hole. Thus the anchor nut can only be screwed some way further onto the anchor rod, and up to a predetermined torque can be used for rotating the anchor rod during placement of the anchor. As soon as the anchor rod is firmly seated in the drill hole, as a result of the action of adhesive, mortar or expansion or spreading, the anchor rod forms a through-thread in the screw thread hole when the anchor nut is rotated relative to the anchor rod, and consequently the anchor nut can finally be screwed onto the anchor rod until it affixes the anchor plate in its final position to the ground.

Anchor and anchor nut thereof

The invention relates to a sliding bolt () for introducing into a bore, having an anchor rod (), on which is disposed a sliding control element () with a through-opening (), through which the anchor rod () extends, wherein the sliding control element () comprises a sliding body cage () having at least one recess () for receiving a sliding body () that is in contact with the lateral surface of the anchor rod (), and having an anchor plate (), which is intended to lie against a region surrounding the mouth of the bore once the sliding bolt () has been introduced into the bore. In contrast to conventional sliding bolts, the anchor plate () is in load-transferring connection with the sliding body cage (), with the result that it is easily possible to provide a device that indicates a sliding path of the sliding bolt that is still available.

Sliding anchor

The invention relates to a sliding anchor bolt () for introduction into a bore. The sliding anchor bolt () has a anchor bolt rod (), disposed on which is a sliding control element () having a through-opening (), through which the anchor bolt rod () extends. The sliding control element () comprises a sliding body cage () having at least one recess () for receiving a sliding body () that is in contact with the lateral surface of the anchor bolt rod (). For precise and repeatable setting of a predefined breakaway force, each recess () for receiving a sliding body () is disposed in the sliding body cage () tangentially relative to the lateral surface of the anchor bolt rod (). Furthermore, the lateral enveloping surface of each recess () projects by a predefined dimension into the free cross section of the through-opening (), and each sliding body () fills the cross section of the recess () associated with it.

A friction tube anchor has a tube () which can be expanded under the action of a pressurized medium and which is attached to a casing (). The casing () is screwed into a section () of a casing-like sleeve () which is provided with a thread and is sealed by ring packing () relative to the inside of the section (). The casing-like sleeve () has another section () which is provided with a thread and in which selectively either another expandable tube (), or an adapter for feeding the pressurized medium for expanding the tube (), or a fastening bolt, for example an eye bolt, can be screwed.
