A dimmer switch for controlling a light includes a wheel assembly, a rotational motion detector and a dimmer control. As the wheel assembly is rotated, the light is dimmed. An on/off control is responsive to a push detector for detecting whether the wheel assembly has been pushed. The on/off control controls where the light is on or off.

A trash bag securing device has a rotatable member and a stationary member. The stationary member is attached to the trash receptacle. The rotatable member has a first bag securing means which may include a bag containment area. The stationary member includes a second bag securing means which may include a point.

An applicator for applying a substance to a body has a first portion and a second portion. A perforation line extends circumferentially around the applicator and separates the first portion and the second portion. A web is contained within the applicator. The web is attached to the first portion and the second portion, such that when the applicator is ruptured, the web may be used to apply the substance to the body by grasping the first portion and the second portion and manipulating the web on the body.

A golf bag cart includes a body for engaging a golf bag. The body has a first longitudinal end and an opposite second longitudinal end. A first pair of wheels is rotatable about a first axis of rotation at or adjacent the second longitudinal end, a second pair of wheels rotatable about a second axis of rotation which is pivotable relative to the body between a folded position and an outstretched position. When the second axis of rotation is in the outstretched position, the first and second wheel pairs support the body in a slanted orientation. When the second axis of rotation is in the folded position, the first and second wheel pairs support the body in a generally horizontal orientation. When the second axis of rotation moves from the outstretched position to the folded position, the second axis of rotation moves away from the first axis of rotation.
