A stator for an electric machine includes a stator carrier having a plurality of grooves with a respective groove base, and a motor winding having at least one first strand. A predetermined number of first grooves of the plurality of grooves is associated with the first strand. At least one coil section of the first strand is introduced into each of the first grooves. The first strand has a plurality of individual wires connected electrically in parallel, with each wire formed as a round wire. At least some of the individual wires in each of the coil sections are arranged above one another in a radial direction of the stator. The coil sections are each arranged in the first grooves in such a way that an average radial distance of the individual wires to the groove base is equal for all individual wires.

For controlling a target system, e.g. a gas or wind turbine or another technical system, a pool of control policies is provided. The pool of control policies comprising a plurality of control policies and weights for weighting each of the plurality of control policies are received. The plurality of control policies is weighted by the weights to provide a weighted aggregated control policy. With that, the target system is controlled using the weighted aggregated control policy, and performance data relating to a performance of the controlled target system are received. Furthermore, the weights are adjusted on the basis of the received performance data to improve the performance of the controlled target system. With that, the plurality of control policies is reweighted by the adjusted weights to adjust the weighted aggregated control policy.

Controlling a target system

A squirrel-cage rotor of an asynchronous machine has a rotor bar () in a rotor stack (), wherein the bar () can be tipped at a tipping point () when the bar () has not yet been cast. The rotor bar () can in this case have a contour on a radial outer face, wherein the bar () can also have a channel (), the opening () in said channel being wider than the shoulders () of the limbs () which form the channel ().

An electric machine includes a stator device having axial first cooling channels, and second and third cooling channels. The third cooling channels are arranged in the first cooling channels and extend at least substantially along an entire axial length thereof. The stator device is configured for inflow and outflow of a liquid cooling medium at least partially through the second cooling channels and for the liquid cooling medium to be conducted through the third cooling channels. A rotor is arranged on a rotor shaft for rotation around a rotational axis. Limiting elements are mounted on the stator device axially on both sides to thereby bound an internal rotor space which is in communication with axial ends of the first cooling channels of the stator device to thereby establish an internal air-cooling circuit from the internal rotor space through the first cooling channels and back into the internal rotor space.

Electric machine having efficient internal cooling

An electric machine includes a stator, a rotor interacting magnetically with the stator, a housing surrounding the stator and rotor, and a hollow shaft provided for arrangement of the rotor and mounted on the housing. A radial fan is mounted rotationally fixed on the hollow shaft on the ventilation side. A section of a fan blade of the radial fan extends axially away from the housing to a greater extent than the hollow shaft. A guide element with radially extending plate is arranged in the hollow shaft, wherein the plate is arranged axially further away from the housing than the end side of the hollow shaft on the ventilation side. An inner coolant flow can thus be delivered from the section of the fan blade out of the hollow shaft through a passage between the end side of the hollow shaft on the ventilation side and the plate radially outwards.

The invention relates to a cage rotor for an asynchronous machine () comprising starting bars for improving the starting behavior. The invention further relates to a method for producing such a cage rotor. In order to achieve as great an efficiency as possible, the cage rotor comprises a laminated rotor core () having grooves () and operating bars () disposed in the grooves () and contacting the laminated rotor core () directly on the inner groove base as seen in the radial direction of the cage rotor, wherein the operating bars () comprise partial cladding () enclosing an outer surface of the operating bars () as seen in the radial direction () of the cage rotor, wherein the material of the operating bars () comprises a greater specific conductivity than the material of the partial cladding ().

The invention relates to a squirrel-cage rotor for an asynchronous machine. In order to increase the electrical efficiency for a cage rotor composed of two materials, the cage rotor comprises a rotor core () having grooves (), end rings () of a first material that are cast onto the rotor core on the end face, and conductors () that are arranged in the grooves and that are made of a second material that has an electric conductivity that is higher than the electric conductivity of the first material, wherein the conductors () comprise a coating () made of a coating material on the surface of the conductors, wherein the coating adjoins the second material of the conductors () by means of a first alloy layer () made of the second material and the coating material and adjoins the cast first material by means of a second alloy layer (); made of the first material and the coating material.
