Methods and tools are provided for pressing a ring seal into a component. In one method, a tool is anchored to the component. The tool includes a first aperture which extends along an axis. The first aperture is coaxial with a second aperture in the component. The ring seal is pushed axially through the first aperture towards the component, where the tool radially compresses the ring seal as the ring seal moves axially towards the component. The radially compressed ring seal is pressed into the second aperture using the tool.

A cooling fluid system for a gas turbine engine includes a fluid source. A turbine section includes first and second components. A fluid supply system has a primary pipe that is configured to provide a cooling supply fluid from the fluid source to a fluid fitting having a fluid junction. The fluid junction is in fluid communication with and is configured to supply a first cooling fluid to the first component. The fluid junction is in fluid communication with and is configured to supply a second cooling fluid to the second component. A flow meter is upstream from the fluid junction and is configured to receive the cooling supply fluid.

A fitting for attaching to double wall tubes includes a body, a fitting center port, an outer seal, a tube connection, a pad connection, an inner seal, a groove, and a diagnostic port. The body has a first surface on a first side of the body and a second surface on a second side of the body. The fitting center port extends through the body for passing a primary fluid flow. The tube connection is on the first side of the fitting, and includes an inner connection and an outer connection. The groove is in the second surface surrounding the inner seal and the groove is configured to receive an outer seal. The diagnostic port is in the second surface for transferring a collected fluid through the body to the outer connection.

A coupling arrangement for a gas turbine engine according to an exemplary aspect of the present disclosure includes, among other things, a conduit between a first frame case defining a frame axis and a second frame case. A flange is coupled to the conduit defining a first axis and abuts the first frame case. A capture plate coupled to the conduit defines a second axis and abuts the second frame case. The first axis is offset relative to the second axis in an axial direction relative to the frame axis.
