An agricultural work machine and a method for operation an agricultural work machine are disclosed. The agricultural work machine includes a driver's cab with an interior space spatially partially delimited by a front window and at least one side window, a driver's seat arranged in the interior space, an input device for entering input by an operator, a visualization system for visualizing information for an operator sitting on the driver's seat, and a control device which is communication with the visualization system. The control device controls the visualization system in such a way that process information relevant to the selected work process is visualized.

A control system for an agricultural working machine has a control device which is connected, in terms of signals, to a display unit, a ground speed control lever, and a control panel, wherein at least the ground speed control lever comprises multiple control elements. The display unit is designed as a touch-sensitive screen including one or multiple visualization panes and several virtual control elements. A preferred quick-select function&#x2014;from a plurality of different quick-select functions for adjusting a performance parameter of the working machine&#x2014;is assigned to one of the control elements of the display unit, of the ground speed control lever, and of the control panel, the performance parameter being depictable with the aid of the display unit upon activation. The quick-select function can be activated with the aid of the display unit, and/or the ground speed control lever, and/or the control element.

An electronic control and display unit includes at least one display that has a touchscreen monitor and at least one control unit. The display has a plurality of visualization regions having visualization content. Sequence identifiers are assigned to each of the sequences of the sequence inventory, which describe one or more process steps of the respective sequence. A network interface to a global communication network is included to receive connection requests from a client and establish a connection-oriented, bidirectional data channel between the server and the client. The server receives a selection criterion from the client via the data channel, determines a sequence from the sequence inventory on the basis of a comparison of the criterion with the sequence identifiers and transmits the determined sequence to the client via the data channel.
