A hydraulic unit with open-loop and closed-loop control of brake pressure in a brake circuit of an electronically slip-controllable braking system of a motor vehicle includes a pump housing, a motor for driving a brake pressure generator, and an electronic control device for controlling the motor in line with demand. The motor and the control device are disposed on opposite sides of the pump housing, and a shaft bore extending all the way through is formed therebetween, in which shaft bore a motor shaft which can be rotationally driven is disposed. A sealing apparatus seals the shaft bore with respect to an interior of the electronic control device. A sealing apparatus which comprises an insertion seal is disposed on the pump housing in a seal socket and a mechanical preloading force is applied by a preloading apparatus. A method of assembling the hydraulic unit is also provided.

To detect an angle of rotation completed by a rotor shaft of the machine or a rotational speed, this rotor shaft is equipped with a signal generator of a sensor device. This latter component has a magnet element, which is fastened on the rotor shaft by way of a holding element. A clamping body is included, which is arranged on the rotor shaft with force fit and onto which the holding element is pressed.

Receptacles for hydraulic accumulators of the slip control system and connecting bores for a master brake cylinder are disposed in the opposite lateral face of the hydraulic block. Receptacles for hydraulic pumps of the slip control system are disposed in the long sides of the hydraulic block. An electric motor for driving the hydraulic pumps is disposed on the short side of the hydraulic block. Connecting bores for wheel brakes are disposed in the opposite short side of the hydraulic block.

A pressure medium assembly, in particular for providing and regulating a pressure in a brake circuit of a slip-controllable brake system of a motor vehicle, includes a housing block and an electronic controller. The housing block includes a pump configured to be actuated by a drive motor and a valve, which are actuated by the controller. The controller is secured to an outer face of the housing block and has a device flange that is paired with a housing flange formed on the housing block. The flanges fix the housing block and the controller together. The housing flange protrudes radially outwards relative to a housing block peripheral side facing the housing flange such that the entire upper face of the housing block is available for a controller housing. This configuration additionally allows the use of a printed circuit board which is free of open recesses on the peripheral side.

Pressure medium assembly

A hydraulic block of a slip control system of a hydraulic vehicle brake system includes receptacles for the hydraulic accumulator and receptacles for outlet valves arranged on opposite sides of each other in the hydraulic block. The sides of the hydraulic block, which comprise the receptacles for the outlet valves and the hydraulic accumulators, are connected to one another by bores perpendicular thereto.

A hydraulic unit for a slip controller of a hydraulic vehicle brake system includes an electric motor, a plurality of hydraulic pumps, a hydraulic block, a plurality of solenoid valves, a rotation angle sensor, an electronic control unit, and a valve cover. The electric motor is positioned on a narrow side of the hydraulic block, and is configured to drive the hydraulic pumps. The electronic control unit includes a contacting mechanism, and is positioned in the valve cover. The electric motor and the solenoid valves are arranged so that the electric motor and electromagnets of the solenoid valves protrude to approximately a same extent from the hydraulic block to enable simple commutation with the rotation angle sensor and the contacting mechanism of the electronic control unit.
