Use of a stable indole-nitroxide radical as a stabilizer and/or inhibitor for resin mixtures and reactive resin mortars is described on the basis of radically curable compounds. Resin mixtures and reactive resin mortars may be made stable in storage very effectively using the indole nitroxide radical and the pot life of mortar compositions can be adjusted in a targeted manner.

The invention relates to a resin mixture having a modified epoxy (meth)acrylate resin as the base resin, and optionally at least one reactive diluent, at least one stabilizer, and at least one accelerator, wherein the modified epoxy (meth)acrylate resin can be obtained by reacting organic compounds having epoxide groups with (meth)acrylic acid, and then by the partial esterification of the &#x3b2;-hydroxyl-groups, the same formed during the reaction, with the anhydride of a saturated dicarboxylic acid, to reactive resin mortars containing the same, and to the use thereof for the purpose of chemical fastening, by means of which it is possible to manufacture products which are not subject to labeling requirements and which additionally provide high bond strength.

Resin mixture based on epoxy(meth)acrylate resin, and the use thereof

A resin mixture comprises a vinyl ester urethane resin as the base resin, wherein the vinyl ester urethane resin can be obtained by reacting a dianhydrohexitol compound with a diisocyanate to obtain a product and reacting the obtained product with a hydroxy substituted (meth)acrylate. The resin mixture can be used to produce a reactive resin mortar containing that resin mixture and inorganic aggregates, organic aggregates or a mixture thereof. The reactive resin mortar can be used for chemical fastening.

Resin mixture based on vinyl ester urethane resin and use thereof

Disclosed is a method for producing vinyl ester urethane resins, in which a dianhydrohexitol-compound is reacted with a diisocyanate in the presence of a monomeric radically co-polymerizable compound as a solvent and the product is reacted with a hydroxy-substituted (meth)acrylate. As a result, vinyl ester urethane resins based on dianhydrohexitol-compounds and also based on renewable raw materials can be obtained in a simple manner with high yields. The resins are suitable as binding agents in chemical fixing engineering.
