The inventions generally relates to an apparatus and method (hardware and operating modes) for a DUAL TRANSCEIVER BOARD MODULE (DTBM) that can be used as an Automatic Meter Reading device (AMR/AMI) for data generators such as utility meters. The DTBM comprises a plurality of transmitter technologies/boards that communication over a plurality of networks such as a public network, cellular network, common carrier network and a third-party network. The apparatus comprises a dual or milti transceiver board set and the methods related to using such an apparatus.

A first example of the object transport assembly includes a body attachment member adapted to attach to a wearer and an object attachment member adapted to attach to an object to be transported. An insert including a notch formed therein is carried on one of the body attachment member or object attachment member and forms a male portion of a dovetail joint. An insert receiving channel is carried on the other of the body attachment member or object attachment member and forms a female portion of a dovetail joint that mates with the insert. The insert receiving channel includes a pin that is biased in such a way that the pin automatically slides into the notch when the insert mates with the insert receiving channel. An actuator is operably connected to the pin and is operable to move the pin out of the notch for removal of the insert from the insert receiving channel.

An air conditioning crane boom assembly having a number of mounting feet that removably secure the assembly to the rungs of a stepladder. A health monitoring system of an aircraft includes a plurality of sensors and interfaces that are non-invasively installed in a system of the aircraft. Further, the health monitoring system includes a data concentrator unit that is coupled to the plurality of sensor and interfaces. The data concentrator unit receives data associated with various components of the aircraft system from the plurality of sensor and interfaces. Responsively, the data concentrator unit processes the received data to generate a single output data stream that is transmitted to a configurable data receiver unit of the aircraft. The configurable data receiver unit transmits the received single output data stream to a ground server and an on-board display to monitor and determine a health and/or performance of the aircraft system.

Disclosed are utilitarian and ornamental features of fluid flow meter housing technologies. Such housing technologies comprises removable covers where such covers are associated with the meter housings without using bolts to better distribute pressure across the surfaces of the flow measurement components inside the meter. Such configuration reduces measurement component deformation over time. Further disclosed are damping elements configured to reduce noise from the measurement elements disposed inside a fluid flow meter.

The invention is a universal receiver that addresses the problem of collecting consumption data from multiple types of utility metering wireless devices that use different and often proprietary protocols where such parameters are unknown to the system owner. The universal receiver automatically detects unknown AMR/AMI broadcasts utilizing know parameters for typical AMR/AMI signals and executing a decoding algorithm that includes series of RF parameter detection, signal characterization, signal decoding, and data qualifying techniques with minimal or no involvement needed by a user.

Disclosed is fluid meter housing technology comprising removable covers where such covers are associated with meter housings without using bolts. The water meters are further designed with a 'weakest link' component configured to fail under overpressure conditions to minimize damage to more expensive metering components.

Delivery of alarm system event data and audio. In certain aspects, a method for delivery of alarm system event data is described, including communicating alarm event data from an alarm system to a private telecommunications switch. In turn, the alarm event data may be communicated to a message processing gateway. The message processing gateway evaluates service parameters of the alarm system and, in certain cases, instructs the private telecommunications switch to contact a central alarm monitoring station if certain service parameters are met. In additional aspects, private telecommunications switch opens a voice channel between the private telecommunications switch and the central alarm monitoring station and communicates the alarm event data. Additionally, in response to a determination that a voice channel between the private telecommunications switch and the central alarm monitoring station remains open, the private telecommunications switch may also bridge the voice channel to the alarm system.
