A smartphone protective cover that houses a glucose monitor, test strips, lancets, a lancet striker, a power source, and a biohazard debris receptacle is presented. According to the preferred embodiment of the invention, the protective covering is configured to include a smartphone adapted glucose monitor and also to accept a smartphone. In the preferred embodiment, the smartphone is removably placed into the protective covering with the glucose monitor connecting to a data receptacle on the smartphone. The protective cover further includes a lancet storage compartment adjacent to a lancet striker having a tension control member and striker release button, a test strip storage compartment, and a biohazard debris receptacle. The lancet storage compartment and test strip storage compartment can be re-Tillable or disposable. A battery is also located in the cover and is electrically connected to the glucose for monitor, thus enabling the monitor to be powered independently of the phone. A method of use is also provided.

Glucose monitoring device in a protective smartphone case

A cleaning head for an in-floor pool cleaning system is provided. The cleaning head includes a sleeve having a passage and an insert extending through the passage of the sleeve. The insert includes a flow path and an aperture, wherein the flow path is a curved, such as a question mark shape, and exits through the aperture. The insert is moveable between a first position with the aperture retained with in the sleeve and a second position with the aperture extending beyond the sleeve. The flow path may include an overturn at the aperture. The insert includes a nozzle, a nozzle housing, an upper guide, a lower guide and a weight with the flow path extending through each component. The nozzle includes an angled inlet opening that corresponds to an angled outlet opening of the nozzle housing that engage each other when the nozzle is coupled within the nozzle housing.

Cleaning head for an in-floor pool cleaning system

An adapter for a pool cleaning system is provided. The adapter includes a base member having a top and a bottom surface. The adapter also includes six upper ports coupled to the top surface of the base member, each upper port including an upper aperture extending through the upper port and through the base member. The adapter further includes five lower ports coupled to the bottom surface of the base member, each lower port including a lower aperture extending through the lower port and through the base member. In some embodiments, four of lower ports are in fluid communication four of the upper ports and one of the lower ports is in fluid communication with two of the upper ports.

The present invention presents an adaptable processing element for use in a processing system having multiple configurations. The processing element comprises a primary component and at least one detachable component, wherein the at least one detachable component can be retained for one configuration and removed for another configuration. For example, the detachable component may include a punch-out or knock-out located on a right-hand side and a left-hand side of a processing element in order to permit access of a gas supply line to a processing chamber for either a right-hand orientation or a left-hand orientation, respectively. Additionally, for example, the detachable component, whether retained or removed, can permit flexible use with different size processing chambers.

A focus ring assembly, configured to be coupled to a substrate holder in a plasma processing system, comprises a focus ring having one or more wear indicators for determining the lifetime of the focus ring, wherein the coupling of the focus ring to the substrate holder facilitates auto-centering of the focus ring in the plasma processing system. For example, a centering ring mounted on the substrate holder can comprise a centering feature configured to couple with a mating feature on the focus ring.
