A coupling member for interconnecting a hydraulic ejector cylinder, of injection molding equipment, with a mold ejector system to insure that the mold ejector system of the mold is properly activated and returned to its fully retracted position prior to commencing a further injection molding cycle. The coupling member comprises a first elongate stud which is releasably couplable to a second elongate stud to form the coupling member. The first elongate stud has a head, at one end thereof, and the second elongate stud has a stud recessed portion, at a mating end thereof, for at least partially receiving the head. A locking mechanism, carried by the second elongate stud, allows engagement and disengagement of the head from the stud recessed portion, when in a first position, and secures the head at least partially within the stud recessed portion, when in a second position.

Versatile coupling member for injection molding ejector system

A sterilization tray assembly for sterilizing, transporting and storing surgical instruments, having top and bottom mating enclosures. The mating enclosures each have a plurality of ports for permitting ingress and egress of gaseous sterilant. Resiliently deformable members are fitted in the top and bottom enclosures for clamping surgical instruments therebetween.

A support for medical instruments is provided to securely grasp the instrument during sterilization and storage. The support can be readily rearranged on a sterilization tray and can be securely locked in whatever position is desired. It employs a novel arrangement of locking bayonet fingers and a simple removal tool for changing location of the support.

A sterilization tray assembly for sterilizing, transporting and storing surgical instruments, having top and bottom mating enclosures. The mating enclosures each have a plurality of ports for permitting ingress and egress of gaseous sterilant. A rack dimensioned to fit within the bottom enclosure is fitted within the enclosure. The rack has a plurality of spaced apertures into which are mounted grommets formed of an elastomeric material having an inside diameter dimensioned to receive a selected surgical instrument therein.

A device for use in a surgical delivery system, comprising a block formed from a sterilizable plastic and having a plurality of cavities with drain holes or vents. The cavities are sized and shaped to display a plurality of surgical components. A lid slideably engages the block and is sized to enclose the cavities when the lid is in a closed position. The block includes lid guides for positioning the lid in the closed position. Printed indicia for displaying graphics with the block are non-removably mounted in the block in a position for displaying the block graphics upon removal of the lid. The lid includes lid graphics displaying at least a portion of the contents of the cavities. An angularly disposed slot in the block along one side thereof is used to display the lid graphics in cooperation with the contents in the cavities.
