An article or buoy board for mooring a buoy to a dock post when a boat is being moored at a dock that includes an elongated board with slotted end portions and having a front surface and a back surface. Straps are affixed to the front surface of the board for positioning the back surface of the board against the dock post. A stretchable cord such as a bungee cord passes through the slotted end portions of the board for attaching a buoy to the front surface of the board for contact with the boat side. The back surface of the board is provided with a lengthwise groove for receiving the stretchable cord and the back surface of the board is further provided with a shock-absorbing pad such as rubber for holding the stretchable cord in place within the groove and for minimizing shock as the boat is moored. The stretchable cord has ends with hooks and the buoy has ends with eyes so that the buoy is attached against the board by passing the cord hooks through the buoy eyes. The front surface of the board is grooved crosswise for receiving the straps such the straps are flush with the front surface with the front surface of the board.

Buoy board

A lighting system mountable to a support surface that comprises a mounting bracket and a light housing having a lens attached thereto. A bulb is located within the lens and the mounting bracket includes a first support point and a second support point. The housing also has a portion adapted to releasably engage the support points found on the mounting bracket in a sequential manner. In so doing, the first support point is engaged which allows the housing to pivot on the first support point. Next, the second support point is engaged which allows the housing to be secured to the mounting bracket in a fixed relationship.

Outdoor lamp

The present invention concerns a motion sensor for use with a light. The device includes a housing having an outer edge and an interior space in which a plurality of sensors are located. The sensors convert infrared into an electronic signal that is processed to detect motion. A lens located is also used which is located on an outer edge of the housing for directing infrared to the sensors which may be generally arranged in a U-shaped pattern to promote a 270 degree motion detection zone. The ends of the lens are recessed into and held in the interior of the housing a spaced distance from the outer edge of said housing so as to detect motion occurring rearward of the sensors.

A lighting system mountable to a support surface comprising a mounting bracket and a light housing having a lens attached thereto and a bulb located the lens. A photo control is also include which has a gradient of decreased opacity which controls the duration of operation of the light by adjustably limiting the amount of light sensed by the control. In addition, a shield located between the bulb and the lens may be provided. The shield is positionable about the bulb to selectively block light emitted by the bulb. The mounting bracket has a first support and a second support and the housing is adapted to releasably engage the supports in a sequential manner whereby when the first support is engaged, the housing is pivoted about the first support until the housing is in engagement with the second support. The housing then coacts with the second support so that it is secured to the mounting bracket in a fixed manner.
