A multi-part filter combination is received in a stepped bore of a fluid-carrying component. A larger-diameter filter part is associated with a larger-diameter bore portion, and a smaller-diameter filter part is associated with a smaller-diameter bore portion. The two filter parts of the filter combination are connected by a connecting part. When the two filter parts are joined in their respective final position in the bore, this connecting part is detachable by means of a die to be introduced into the bore. The filter combination can be used in a valve block serving to receive a magnet valve.

A hydraulic unit for a vehicle brake system that enables limiting wheel brake slip is known. To that end, the hydraulic unit has at least one piston pump, which is drivable by an electric motor and empties a reservoir that is filled on the occasion of the limitation of wheel brake slip. This reservoir comprises a cylinder, embodied in the manner of a blind bore, as well as a piston that divides a storage chamber from a spring chamber in the cylinder, a spring, and a closure element that prevents water from entering the cylinder if the hydraulic unit should become immersed in water. A pressure equalization conduit begins at the spring chamber and leads into the interior of the motor, so that a displacement of the piston for taking up pressure fluid in the storage chamber is effected essentially only by friction of the piston and forces of the spring. A conduit is also provided, by means of which pressure fluid that emerges from the piston pump at the eccentric can be carried away. The invention proposes connecting the spring chamber of the reservoir to the conduit that carries the pressure fluid away. The spring chamber forms a collection container for pressure fluid, as a result of which the collection of the pressure fluid takes place far away from electrical components of the hydraulic unit, and especially of the motor, thus avoiding electrical defects.

A fastening screw is used to hold a hollow body against a base body. To assure that no dirt can get into the hollow body, sealing between the fastening screw and the hollow body is necessary. The fastening screw has a bevel (10s) coated with a relatively soft coating at the transition between the screw shaft and the screw head. When the fastening screw is tightened, one edge of the hollow body digs into the coating, thus assuring a secure seal. The fastening screw is intended in particular in a brake system for securing a motor housing to a pump housing.

A magnetic valve that switches at high differential pressures and furnishes a large flow cross section. The magnetic valve has an armature, which when current is supplied to a coil is movable toward a pole core counter to the force of a restoring spring. The armature is capable of opening an auxiliary valve of small sealing diameter directly and a main valve of large sealing diameter indirectly. The auxiliary valve and the main valve have a common closing body, which is movable relative to the armature with a limited stroke. The auxiliary valve communicates through a conduit of the closing body with the outflow side of the magnetic valve. In the open position of the magnetic valve, the closing body is held by a stop ring of the armature. The magnetic valve is suitable in particular for slip-controlled hydraulic brake systems of motor vehicles.

An anti-lock device for a hydraulic automobile brake system includes a housing block for receiving an eccentric directional valves, two coaxially oriented pump pistons and first and second storage chambers. So that the housing block can be made narrower, the longitudinal axes (F, G, I, J) are distributed to the corners of a quadrangle. At the same time, the common longitudinal axis (E) of the pump pistons can be located between the longitudinal axes of the storage chambers.

A solenoid valve which guarantees the reliable opening of the valve, even when there are great pressure differences. The solenoid valve has an armature which receives a tappet, that can be longitudinally moved in the solenoid valve. A restoring spring, which transports the armature with the tappet into a closed position of the solenoid valve, engages one side of a collar of the tappet and a compression spring, which acts in the opposite direction from this restoring spring and is supported on the armature. The compression spring has a greater initial stress than the restoring spring. Pressure drops can produce a hydraulic closing force on the tappet, which force is directed counter to the magnetic force action. When the solenoid valve is switched over into the open position, the armature therefore executes a partial stroke (h) counter to the action of the compression spring before the armature carries the tappet along with it by means of engaging the collar, as a result of the magnetic force, which increases with the increasing armature stroke (H). The solenoid valve can be employed in a suction line between a master cylinder and a regenerative high pressure pump of a hydraulic brake system for motor vehicles.
